So what's your point in all this? That nobody should use the Name of Jesus? So you don't believe Jesus was God? What's your point?
Yes, Jesus is not God. Believing in the Trinity violates the God of the Bible command to give all glory to YHWH, the 1C, the 2C and denies the total sacrifice our master made for us. A part of Jesus' nature did not die on the cross while another part lived. Who died on the cross was all of Jesus, in every way.
The Bible states explicitly and repeatedly that Jesus is a man - and only a man. Why don't you believe what Scripture says?
A bad translation. Consider the NLT16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.
17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. (Col. 1:15-17 NKJ)
Christ is the visible image of the invisible God.
He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,[a]
16 for through him God created everything
in the heavenly realms and on earth.
He made the things we can see
and the things we can’t see—
such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world.
Everything was created through him and for him.
17 He existed before anything else,
and he holds all creation together.
An analogy here is that God sees through a peep hole. The peep hole is not God's eye and it is not God. It is through the peep hole that God created. God did the creating and it is through his agent that he choose to create.
The rest of the passage merely implies that Jesus was the 1st thing God created, making him the Son of God. Another valid interpretation is the notion of God's idea of the Messiah is what form the man Jesus took first before the physical universe was created.
