They conflate and change the meaning of words to fit their manmade doctrines. The Judgement Seat of Christ should be very interesting . James alludes to it why many should not become teachers for a stricter more penal judgment.

It's in him
Those in him have an inheritance
Those who are in him are predestined to it
It's not about men unconditionally elected
Doesn't He exclude unbelievers? Show favoritism to those who make the right choice???
