The anointing is something and Someone. The Spirit of Christ; The Anointed One.

The truth is something and Someone. The Spirit of truth.

Grace is something and Someone. The Spirit of grace.

The word Christ means "anointing" and it isn't Jesus' name. There are many who are messiah in the Hebrew OT and many who are christ in the Greek LXX OT.

Truth is thing.

Grace is also a thing.
