God Has Made No Covenant With Gentiles

1 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.
2 And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly.
3 And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying,
4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.
5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.
6 And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.
7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. Genesis 17:1–7.

The Abrahamic Covenant. A covenant in which a man and his wife were given outstanding promises for not only him and his immediate children but for their descendants also. A covenant in which a Redeemer and King would be born to remove the sins of God's covenant people and give them eternal life. And from this day forward God has been working to that end using only this covenant and no other for there is no other Name by which anyone will be saved but the Name of God: Yahweh (YHWH.) It is only through this covenant will God save His Chosen people Israel. But God has made no covenant with Gentiles. But Gentiles are not excluded for there are many prophecies through the decades sent to Israel from God's prophets that Gentiles will be included, and we later find from the writings of Paul, grafted in along with the natural branches of the Olive Tree, which is Israel, that Israel will be the light to lead the Gentiles to Jerusalem to worship God alongside them.

The Church, or Great Congregation of the LORD is Israel. The Bride of Christ is Israel for God says in the Old Testament that He is betrothed to Israel forever. But God has made no covenant with Gentiles.
When all is said and done, and Israel's Messiah and King sits on the throne of David to rule His people from Jerusalem there will be a Marriage Supper of the Lamb and His Bride. Israel is there by covenant, but Gentiles will be there by invitation.
God has made no covenant with Gentiles.
But you Gentiles have receive an invitation to partake of the blessings God has bestowed upon Abram, Isaac, and Jacob, and the twelve tribes of Israel and their descendants.

11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy. 1
2 Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?
13 For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:
14 If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them.
15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?
16 For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.
17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;
18 Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.
19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in.
20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.
22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.
23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again.
24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?
25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers’ sakes.
29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. Romans 11:11–29.

All well and good but God has made no covenant with Gentiles.

I think you make some very good points but, technically, isn’t the Noahic covenant a covenant which God made with Gentiles?
From Adam and the woman and the beginning of childbirth there have always been two groups of people on the planet throughout human history.

15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Gen. 3:15.

The seed of the woman to whom the promise is made and the seed of the serpent who receives no promise but curse. A deathblow to the head that ends its life.

Abel was righteous. He obeyed God's instructions in how to worship God and offer Sacrifices. Cain killed him. Seth was born and the covenant God made with Adam passed to him and his descendants. These are the "sons of God" in Genesis 6.
Enos was born to Seth. Follow the bloodline in Genesis 5. Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech, and Noah. These are the sons of God of Genesis 6. Noah had three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Going backward from Abraham you go through a covenant family that worshiped God. Ham and Japheth were the beginning of the Gentile race. But no Gentiles ever come out of Abraham's loins. Abe was Hebrew and in this his descendants would be called the children of Jacob/Israel to whom the covenant was passed on to.

Abraham was a gentile. What about his son Ishmael? What about his six sons by Keturah? Are they not gentiles?

Was Abraham really Gentile?

13 And there came one that had escaped and told Abram the Hebrew; Gen. 14:13.

His son Ishmael was half-Hebrew and half-Egyptian.
His sons and daughters through other women not Hebrew were half breed.

Abraham was from Ur of the Chaldeans.

What about Abraham’s parents? Do you believe that they also weren’t gentiles?

You mentioned that the gentiles are descendants of Ham and Japheth. Do you think they are excluded from or included in the Noahic covenant?

Abraham was from Ur of the Chaldeans.
That's what Scripture says.
What about Abraham’s parents? Do you believe that they also weren’t gentiles?
When you look backwards from Joseph and Mary is that God has had a family line going all the way to Adam that were separate from others. The family lines of Joseph and Mary are found in Matthew and Luke, respectively. They are traced to David and from David to Abraham with whom God had made Covenant.
From Abraham you get to Eber and then a few more descendants down to Shem and to his father Noah.
Eber is considered by scholars as the father of the "Hebrew" for his name meaning "cross over" which fits generally with him being nomad.

26 And he said, Blessed be the Lord God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. Gen. 9:26.

There is distinction in God's covenants with men. And a study of the family lines going back to Adam are very interesting and establish a parentage if you will with God and the people who have covenant with Him as "sons of God."

This all relates to God's blessings and His curses. The haves and have nots.

Abraham is the descendant of Eber from which his name relates to "Hebrew."

Abraham is "Hebrew."

Itis right in plain sight in Genesis 17:5

Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for the father of a multitude of nations have I made thee.

Not just the nation of Israel but numerous other nations/peoples. Both Jews and Gentiles.

Abraham had a son named Ishmael. Isaac had Esau.
Ishmael had twelve sons who eventually had numerous descendants. Esau was also blessed by God along with Hagar and Ishmael who would be a great people. Some of his descendants are named in Genesis.
God made His covenant with Abraham the person and received natural promises and spiritual blessings.

Gen. 17:4–7.

The nations and kings that came out of Abraham are the descendants of Ishmael and Esau who received blessings but not covenant. And as you know Isaac is the progeny of Abraham born from a free woman and the covenant was established through him and eventually Jacob whom God changed his name to Israel and became the father of at least twelve sons called the children of Israel who are Abraham's descendants and recipients of the Abrahamic Covenant and through whom also the Seed (Christ) would be born.
Gentiles do not come out of Abraham's loins and are not his natural seed.
Gentiles, like Ishmael and Esau receive the blessings of the Abrahamic Covenant but not the natural aspect of the covenant which is land and a throne and a King to sit on the throne and a people to rule both Jew and Gentile.

What if God, desiring to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, 23 in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy, which he has prepared beforehand for glory— 24 even us whom he has called, not from the Jews only but also from the Gentiles? 25 As indeed he says in Hosea, "Those who were not my people I will call ‘my people,’ and her who was not beloved I will call ‘beloved.’" 26 "And in the very place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’ there they will be called ‘sons of the living God.’" 27 And Isaiah cries out concerning Israel: "Though the number of the sons of Israel be as the sand of the sea, only a remnant of them will be saved, 28 for the Lord will carry out his sentence upon the earth fully and without delay."

So we can say then that God made a covenant with all mankind, which includes the gentiles.
The Noahic Covenant includes a promise from God to not flood the earth again to kill mankind.
There is no provision for salvation, redemption which is found in the Abrahamic Covenant. THIS is the premise of my post. Gentile Christians enjoy the spiritual blessings of Abraham but not the natural covenant for God has made no covenant with Gentiles that includes their salvation and redemption from sin.

Abraham was a gentile until God entered "Abram" into his covenant.

There were only gentiles prior to Abraham.

Abraham was the father of the Jewish people.

Moses was the father of the Jewish nation.

Jesus is the King of the Jews.

Abraham was a gentile until God entered "Abram" into his covenant.
Abram was Hebrew from the family line of Eber of whom Hebrews derive.
There were only gentiles prior to Abraham.
13 And there came one that had escaped, and told Abram the Hebrew; for he dwelt in the plain of Mamre the Amorite, brother of Eshcol, and brother of Aner: and these were confederate with Abram.
Gen. 14:13.

Otherwise, if he was Gentile it would say "Gentile."
Abraham was the father of the Jewish people.
Tru dat.
Moses was the father of the Jewish nation.
Yup.
Jesus is the King of the Jews.

Abram was destined to become a blessing to men of every nation. Blessing would come through Abraham in several ways. Those who recognized the hand of God in Abram and his descendants would be blessed by contact with them. Pharaoh, for example, was blessed by exalting Joseph. Men of all nations would be blessed by the Scriptures which, to a great extent, came through the instrumentality of the Jewish people. Ultimately, the whole world was blessed by the coming of the Messiah, who came to save men of every nation, not just the Jews:

Therefore, be sure that it is those who are of faith that are sons of Abraham. And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, ‘All the nations shall be blessed in you.’ So then those who are of faith are blessed with Abraham, the believer (Galatians 3:7-9)

Preached the gospel beforehand (proeuēggelisato). First aorist middle indicative of proeuaggelizomai with augment on a though both pro and eu before it in composition. Only instance in N.T. It occurs in Philo. and Schol. Soph.

This Scripture announced beforehand the gospel on this point of justification by faith. He quotes the promise to Abraham in Gen_12:3; Gen_18:18, putting panta ta ethnē (all the nations) in Gen_18:18 for pāsai hai phulai (all the tribes) of the earth. It is a crucial passage for Paul’s point, showing that the promise to Abraham included all the nations of the earth. The verb eneulogeō (future passive here) occurs in the lxx and here only in N.T. (not Act_3:25 in correct text).
In thee (en soi). “As their spiritual progenitor” (Lightfoot).
