Gender Neutral Translations of the Bible

Here is a good article on the topic that makes some really good points regarding translations.

 
If the translators could logically apply neutral language, that would be okay. Sometimes when addressing men it shouldn't be used. Galatians 5:11 is awkward because Paul was addressing Jewish men.

Galatians 5:11 - Brothers and sisters, if I am still preaching circumcision, why am I still being persecuted? In that case the offense of the cross has been abolished.
