Regeneration is through the resurrection of Christ 1 Pet :1:3 everyone He died for and rose again shall be regenerated and given faith in Christ

Faith is before one receives the Spirit.

It is the Holy spirit makes alive - regenerated

Regeneration requires the indwelling of the spirit

PS 1 Pe 1:3 does not say unbelievers are regenerated, and you cannot read your doctrine into scripture while ignoring multiple verses that show its fallacy.

No I'm not there is no scripture that denies that regeneration is from Christ Resurrection 1st Peter 1:3
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
This regeneration is unto a lively hope/faith

Right, the most critical issue of the Christian faith is the identity of Jesus of Nazareth. Christianity stands or falls on who Jesus Christ is. What He said, did, or taught are important, but they are not foundational. Jesus’ identity is. He is more than just the founder of Christianity; He is Christianity.
That's who our faith is in.

Um you are not saved until you believe

False, Christ saved a person before they believe and while they were ungodly enemies dead in sin and unbelief. There's no scripture stating you are not saved until you believe.
