Did God Predestinate some to Hell/Wrath ?

The vessels of wrath that are fitted for destruction are all whom are not given life or regenerated by the Spirit, but shall remain in their natural spiritual alienation from the life of God Eph 4:18

Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:

They are the ones who will separate themselves having not the Spirit Jude 1:19

If Christ died for them that God did not appoint to wrath but to obtain salvation as Per 1 Thess 5 :9-10

9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.

Then its obvious there is a class appointed to wrath [ Rom 9:22] that Christ did not die for ! There sins were not blotted out by the Blood of Christ.

In Rom 9:21

Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?

The word make can also be translated appoint, ordain, so hath not the potter have power to ordain, appoint some to wrath ?
