Could it be happening now ?

Whether I do or not remains to be confirmed. But Scripture is very clear by the teaching of Jesus and Paul (in particular) that if God's people are awake, it will be possible to know by the permission of the God the Father.
Jesus says the exact opposite of what you are saying.
Matt 24:36
Matt 24:44
Matt 25:13
Mark 13:32
Acts 1:7
2 Pet 3:10
Rev 3:3

All of these passages tell us that we do not know when Christ will come again. All the prophecies leading up to His return have been fulfilled, and there will be no warning of His return.

I just have to quote one in the list to disprove what you claim.
[Rev 3:3 LSB] 3 'So remember what you have received and heard; and keep [it], and repent. Therefore if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come to you.

So put it in the reverse statement. If you do wake up, you will know at what hour I will come to you. See?

You cannot always reverse a statement like this and get a correct understanding.

If you jump in the lake you will get wet.
If you do not jump in the lake you will not get wet.
But can you not also get wet if it rains?
So then, the second statement is not necessarily correct.
So too, if you do wake up you will know the hour is not a correct statement. We cannot know the hour, because God has not told us the hour. Many, many people have tried to predict the Second Coming, but have been wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! We do not know, we cannot know, and we will only know as it is happening (and no one will be in any doubt that it is happening).

I choose not to argue with something that is so self evident. Remain in what you think.

I noticed you neglected to list an extremely pertinent passage. One that once again disproves your claim.
[1Th 5:1-2, 4-6 LSB] 1 Now concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need of anything to be written to you. 2 For you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night. ... 4 But you, brothers, are not in darkness, that the day would overtake you like a thief, 5 for you are all sons of light and sons of day. We are not of night nor of darkness; 6 so then let us not sleep as others do, but let us be awake and sober.

"For you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night."
Yes, we know full well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night, unlooked for, on a day that we do not know.

It is completely possible to not sleep and still not know when that day will come. Those of us in God's Kingdom who are awake are not worried about when He will return, because like the 5 wise virgins, we are ready for Him whenever He comes. But like the foolish virgins, many will be caught unaware, and be caught sleeping and unprepared (and end up lost to Hell).

Your interpretation is NOT what the verse clearly says. The verse does not mention virgins. Where in the verse are there virgins? Why bring up something that is not even there?

I know the verse you are confusing with I Thess. 5. The whole point is that I Thess does not talk about virgins. You have misinterpreted the clear teaching in that verse.
No, 1 Thes 5 does not speak of virgins, but Christ does in Matt 25. Connect the dots here, because I am not going to waste my time painting the full picture for you.

There is no clear picture to paint. That is the point. You've completely misunderstood the words in I Thess 5.
1 Thes 5 tells us that the Lord will return as a thief in the night. How does a thief in the night come? When you are not looking for him. When things are quiet. When you are not prepared to defend against him. That is how the Lord will return, when Satan is not prepared for Him. But we do not need to fear Him as we would a thief, because we are His, and should be ready for His return.

Look at it another way:
Jesus is the groom, and the Church is His bride. The Ketubah (marriage contract (look it up if you are not familiar)) has been signed (in Jesus' blood no less), and He has gone to His Father's house to prepare a place for us. Our job, as the bride, is to prepare ourselves for His return to get us, and make ourselves pretty and ready for the wedding. We are looking forward to His coming to get us, not afraid of it like we would be of a thief who comes to rape, kill, and destroy (Satan). But we do not know when He will come for us, so we have to make ourselves ready NOW, not waiting until later to get ready for Him (or we might miss Him).

It seems you have blinders on and can't read what is there in the text. Here it is again.

Paul clearly states that the day will NOT be like a thief in the night. See that? It will NOT be like that. Why? Because they are not of the night or darkness and are AWAKE. It's only a thief in the night to those that are NOT awake and do NOT know when He is returning. It IS possible to know - according the words in I Thess 5 when they are read properly and understood properly.

In addition you don't seem to really understand the parable about the 10 virgins properly either. Are you saying that the 5 prudent virgins are who bridegroom marries? I certainly hope not. That's alot of polygamy going on.
As the ESV footnote states: Some manuscripts add and the bride
for verse 1. And the Aramaic Peshitta also includes "and the bride".

These virgins are not Christians. Context, context, context. Who has Jesus been addressing all through Matthew 24?

You overlook the first part of the verse (see the red above). The Day of the Lord WILL be like a thief in the night, but we who are in Christ will not be taken unaware because we will have prepared ourselves for it (like the 5 virgins did (Matt 25)), and will be ready when He comes. Every prophecy predicting His return has already been fulfilled. There have been wars, rumors of wars, plagues, famines, earthquakes, fires, false prophets, etc. Every one of the things that was foretold to come before He returns has already happened (many, many times I might add). Nothing is lacking other than His actual return.

Deal with the WHOLE verse. Don't pick and choose what you think and want it to mean.

l've pointed out now 3 passages where your claims are clearly in error. If you can not read the text properly, I'm just not wasting any more time arguing things that are right there in the text.
