Are we told to worship Jesus or are we told to worship God?

You shouldn't be worried about someone judging your salvation because it's not their job. The Bible even has a verse about it.
Not.
Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand. Romans 14:4
Applicable verse.
Considerable questions are what we're into when we're discussing God's word. They're like opinions everyone has one. Mormons for example look at God's word a lot differently than mainstream Christianity does.
That is wonderful. Love the Mormons, there are some Yeshuans in that organization.
My suggestion is to stop proclaiming you're not worried about what others think about you. When you insist you're not worried about something it's usually because you're worried about it. Just saying.
That to me is a projection, I disagree.

Your right, just like you posting scripture, when you have scriptures that go in against them, that is why people complain about contradictions and stuff.

You have one scripture says that Jesus is equal to God, and you have another scripture that says Jesus not above the Father, you have find harmony and that is by and through the spirit.

It doesn't matter how many scriptures you post, it doesn't matter, the scripture that I shared with you last and I will again is in context of what you were trying to say.

I don't just foolishly accept what people have to offer me, I can consider it but doesn't matter if it defies their own belief or whatever you have to make the decision for yourself.

Actually I don't post any scripture against scripture since I can harmonize them. Because Christ is both God and man they harmonize.

@Wrangler,

Thank you for chiming in with some of your insights, as well as others along the way here.

I am pretty much done with the topic, in the end it seems it is up to the individual who they will worship, and it seems to me that Yahava, knows people who faiths are legit, (not say anyone here does not have faith at all.)

Nevertheless, God’s solid foundation stands firm, sealed with this inscription: “The Lord knows those who are his,” and, “Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness.”

That is awesome. Thank you for tagging along the ride.
Of course you disagree, Because you're worried about what others think of you. It proves my point.
Whatever you wanna believe there, person behind the screen.

I am not worried about being liked here on this website. However, hope you are encouraged to think for yourself, and go and study for yourself, and question and consider what people say but seek out for yourself

It's not that hard to put two and two together.

Also you're the one that brought it up I only commented on it.

I ain't worried about people looking at me suspiciously like - is he really a christian?

In Joel Κύριος is undoubtedly used of the Lord Jehovah, and the word is here transferred to Christ.
Extreme Eisegesis. A word undoubtedly referring to George Washington (Father of our Country) is NOT transferred to anyone else.

Your foundation is completely illogical.

Jesus makes several explicit statements concerning His deity that can't be ignored:

“I and My Father are one” John 10:30

“If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him". John 14:7

"He who has seen Me has seen the Father” John 14:9
Trinitarians wouldn’t know an explicit statement if it not them in their dogmatic … This an example of an explicit statement: Jesus is the son of God. Mark 1:1 This explicitly proves Jesus is NOT God.

Your 1st implication is an expression used today, meaning of the same mind.

The other 2 refer to images, forms, etc. when one looks at an ID it shows the image of a person but no one would claim the image is the person.

Cool. Would you like to talk about anything else? Thank you again for sharing when you are worshipping Jesus you are worshipping Yahava. I have no issues here at all. Im quick and to the point and ill tend to rattle off and not consider what people will say.

Jesus makes several explicit statements concerning His deity that can't be ignored. I don't see anything about trinitarians in that part of my post. The father and son and the Holy Spirit are one. Jesus is God... he says so himself. ID photos don't have anything to do with scripture. That's what I call scripture twisting. Reminds me of that Chubby Checker song come on unitarians let's do the twist. Round and around and around we go up and down and around and around. But Jesus is still God.

Laps on ground covered.

The four gospels are really interesting to go through. I have never had a favorite.

God is to be worshiped, however, do you guys even express his name in your life? For me God's personal name is Yahava, or some say Yahweh.
I've asked others this. So you're saying it's crucial to express and say the actual word, or name Yahweh? And what is the meaning of Yahweh?

No one really should. At times we might feel we have a favorite but really what God has spoke to us today by using scripture really for that day becomes the favorite. That's how it is for me.

I must confess the gospel of John in my favorite book in the entire Bible. Genesis is my second. :)
