The Church, the Body of Christ Israel, has always been those individuals God foreknew in the purpose of Christ Rom 11:2
2 God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel saying,
The same people Paul speaks of here as referring to the Church the Body of Christ Rom 8:29
29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
And these are the ones it is promised Jesus shall save from their sins , His People Matt 1:21
21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins. 2

"His people" are those He has covenant with, that is, Israel.
Jesus came into the world to save "His people" which means His people are the Hebrew people He was born in.
God made covenant with Abram the Hebrew and with His Hebrew seed. And Jesus is of Abram's seed.

His People are those chosen in Him before the foundation of the world Eph 1:4 race wasn't a factor because it was of grace

Yes, that identifies the Hebrew people. They were chosen by God from the foundation of the world. God chose Abram and the rest is history. Unless you can show me in the Old Testament that says God is transferring, sharing, or giving the Abrahamic Promises to Gentiles it is nothing but lies.

Abraham asked God for an heir. God told him an heir would come from his own body. He and Sarah had a son prophesied by God that he would have an heir from his own body.
This is called hereditary. Abraham had Isaac, Isaac had Jacob, and Jacob had twelve sons.
The Abraham Covenant is hereditary.

God had purposed to give him an heir, Isaach and he pictured Abrahams spiritual heirs through Christ, them which were not born of the blood, will of the flesh, or the will of man but born of God.
See you have been tricked into believing the heirs are his offspring born of blood

The idea or prophecy of "Christ" was not revealed until much later.
All Abe knew was God gave him a biological son and that biological son was given promises that extended still to his biological son and so on and on where today the children of Israel are preparing to receive the promises God made to Abraham and his biological seed.
Don't be too heavenly minded that you're no earthly good.

The heirs were spiritual Isaac was a picture a type, the heirs had nothing to do with ethnicity, you are tricked like the prideful jews are. Jesus said to them Jn 8 33-44
33 They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.
43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.
44 ;Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
See how in Vs 33 they trusted in their physical connection to Abraham, yet they were spiritually children of the devil, God was not their Father Vs 42 they had no spiritual connection with God, even though they were physically Abrahams seed.

it doesn't say "spiritual" in the text you added it to the text- a big no no.
if Paul meant spiritual he would of used it in the text but he did not.

There were over one million Jews and mixed-race Jews who lived in Gentile lands who didn't even know Jesus had arrived let alone was crucified. They didn't reject Christ. You are very mistaken.
