Unbelief is never asserted as her sin.Then you should be able to accept that unbelief is what caused Eve to be deceived. You're insisting that she knew what would happen. She didn't. There is no reason to believe she did.
Adam knew what would happen.
added - 1Ti 2:14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
Eve correctly and truthfully stated: And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’ ”
Genesis ch3 tells us directly what was her downfall = Post #475
Now, what i would do in your case, is search the scriptures to see if there are any references associated with the Garden account and Eve specifically that states it was Eve's unbelief.
