Who is Jesus?

You havent shown anything about any offer being made.
You are locked in denial

Isaiah 45:22 (LEB) — 22 Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth, for I am God and there is none besides me.

God is telling men to turn to him and be saved.

Clearly there is an offer to be saved based on as condition turning to God

Romans 10:9–10 (LEB) — 9 that if you confess with your mouth “Jesus is Lord” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses, resulting in salvation.

John 5:24 (LEB) — 24 Truly, truly I say to you that the one who hears my word and who believes the one who sent me has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

Nothing about no offer in none of those scriptures

Yes, there is.

Isaiah 7:14 (NKJV) “Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.

Immanuel = God with us.

Again you offer only denial of scripture

These are clear offers

God is telling men to turn to him and be saved.

Clearly there is an offer to be saved based on a condition: turning to God.

offer

present or proffer (something) for (someone) to accept or reject as desired:

John 3:15–18 (KJV 1900) — 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

You have a spiritual vision issue.

And consistently deny evidence and scripture.

Clearly there is an offer to be saved based on a condition of turning to God.

Your denial of the word of God is rather saddening.

1 Timothy 3:16 is not a teaching on the trinity or that we should believe or confess that Jesus is God. There are some Greek manuscripts that read, “God appeared in the flesh.” This reading of some Greek manuscripts has passed into some English versions, and the King James Version is one of them. Trinitarian scholars admit, however, that these Greek texts were altered by scribes in favor of the Trinitarian position. The reading of the earliest and best manuscripts is not “God” but rather “he who.” Almost all the modern versions have the verse as “the mystery of godliness is great, which was manifest in the flesh,” or some close equivalent.

Correct, many.
Does this count as a offer?

And they will dash you down to the ground, you [Jerusalem] and your children within you; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, [all] because you did not come progressively to recognize and know and understand [from observation and experience] the time of your visitation [that is, when God was visiting you, the time in which God showed Himself gracious toward you and offered you salvation through Christ].
Luke 19:44

Universal atonement is the view that best accords with the bona fide gospel offer of salvation to all, and correlatively with the command to preach that gospel to all. The gospel sincerely offers salvation to any who will meet the conditions of repentance and faith.

Neither of those scriptures are offers of salvation, you've been deceived into thinking that way.
LOL you are moved even beyond blindness

John 3:15–18 (KJV 1900) — 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
