If you've not already read the old testament a few times, and acquired a general idea, it's all but impossible to describe what's going to happen, because so much is taking place.

Considering Christ's second advent brings about the one resurrection, judgment upon all, a new heaven and earth it is hard to how an earthly millennium in an old earth can occur at his return.
