The New Covenant is only the Mosaic Covenant fulfilled by Jesus the Christ. And the New Covenant established in the body and blood of Israel's Messiah, Jesus the Christ, is between God and the House of Israel and the House of Judah as says the Scripture.
31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD,
That I will make a new covenant
With the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Jeremiah 31:31.
There are no non-Hebrew Gentiles named or mentioned in this New Covenant God establishes with the children of Israel.
