The New birth comes after hearing/believing the gospel

Thats not what we are talking about. We are talking about regeneration preceding faith and your apparent belief saving faith has it origins in the flesh.
oh yes I know regeneration comes after a person believes the gospel as I demonstrated with SEVERAL passages declaring its in that exact order. :)

The Gospel as a word of salvation, in the providence of God, isnt for everyone, but for a specific people as Paul stated here Acts 13:26

Men and brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and whosoever among you feareth God, to you is the word of this salvation sent.

To the stock of Abraham, thats an elect people and to whosoever fearteth God, that is a regenerated people, for none by nature feareth God Rom 3;18

There is no fear of God before their eyes

The gospel is for all

Mark 16:15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
Rom 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
1 Tim 2:3–4 This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Matt 24:14 This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.
Acts 17:30–31Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead.”

Not as a word of salvation. Its sent to some as a savor of death unto death 2 Cor 2:16

To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?

God sends it to the reprobate for their death.

That would not be the gospel of salvation.

Yes it is Vs 14

Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

They preaching Christ. Earlier he taught that the preaching of the Cross is foolishness to some, the perishing, thats Gospel Preaching

The Knowledge of Christ ! Yes it is, Phil 3

Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,

I hate scripture pong. What are we, Islam and the Qu’ran? Does one verse abrogate another and render it void?

ALL Scripture is GOD-BREATHED or none is. We are handling it like workmen that have cause to be ashamed. :(
