The New birth comes after hearing/believing the gospel

Peter is obviously exhorting new regenerate babes. Receiving the holy Spirit there is not regeneration or being born again, that has already occurred.
“you will receive (λήμψεσθε) the gift of the Holy Spirit” is a future tense verb. This means the gift comes and is received after repentance, baptism, the public expression of belief, and then forgiveness of sins!

There is no life without the Holy Spirit indwelling the heart! To think otherwise is to expose either your extreme bias or absolute ignorance.

Yes they are if Christ died for them, They are born Justified and the resurrection testify to it Do you believe the testimony of Christ resurrection in Romans 4:25?
Nope

Christ died for all, but one is justified by faith

Rom 5:1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
Rom 3:28 For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works of the Law.
Gal 2:16 nevertheless knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the Law; since by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified.
Rom 4:5 But to the one who does not work, but believes in Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited as righteousness,

Galatians 3:24 Therefore the Law has become our tutor to lead us to Christ, so that we may be justified by faith.

It's ridiculous you have those your doctrine teaches are totally depraved justified at the same time.

“For our offences.—Because of our offences—i.e., in order that He might atone for them.

For our justification.—Because of our justification—i.e., that justification might take effect in us” (Ellicott)

The resurrection is the guarantee of of all of Christ’s work on earth. 1 Cor 15:17 says, “And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins.” The resurrection proves his Messiahship. If Christ is not who he claimed to be, if what he said doesn’t prove true, our faith is vain.
