The children of Promise are the seed of Abraham - including Abraham.
There are no non-Hebrew Gentiles in any of the three Hebrew covenants. None. It is your interpretation that falls short of the glory of God and is therefore sin.
If Saul is teaching non-Hebrew Gentiles are in the Abraham Covenant, then he would be a false teacher. But Saul does not teach that for he knows - as all the apostles do - that God has covenant with Abram the Hebrew and with his Hebrew seed and it is the Gentile false theology that has misrepresented the New Covenant writings in order to include non-Hebrew Gentiles and make the Jewish apostles and prophets out to be breakers of Scripture and violators of God's truth.
To date, no one has been able to show me in Genesis 12, 15, and 17, where the Abraham Covenant is recorded being made between God and Abraham and Isaac any mention of non-Hebrews in this covenant. So, if proof of non-Hebrews in the Abraham Covenant is not forthcoming, then the truth remains - there are no non-Hebrew Gentiles in the Abraham Covenant nor are there any non-Hebrew Gentiles in the Mosaic and New Covenants and the teaching that non-Hebrew Gentiles in any of the three Hebrew Covenants is a lie, a Gentile-originated lie.
God gave the Holy Spirit to Gentiles. God is not a false God. Paul includes Gentiles in the New Covenant. The Roman Church was even void of Jews when Paul wrote to them. Those are some of many instances that show that Gentiles are an integral part of the Gospel. It's no use gnashing your teeth. Suck it up.

If Saul really did that he would be bvreaking Scripture and violating the Word of God.

I think it's your interpretation that is faulty.
The New Covenant prophesied by Jeremiah is between God and the House of Israel and Judah - all twelve tribes.
God made no covenant with non-Hebrew Gentiles.
Nor did He promise His Spirit to non-Hebrew Gentiles.
In other words, non-Hebrew Gentiles got nuthin' coming to them of God except the Lake of Fire.
I think you need to bring your false Constantinian Gentile theology into compliance with the Word of God.

Saul is writing to a people under the Law, under a schoolmaster, and that people to which Saul's words in chapter 3:28-29 are words written to Israel.
The term "Greek" is the word "Hellen" which refers to Hebrews of mixed heritage. Saul is saying that for you Hebrews and mixed heritage Hebrews if you are a born-again Christ-follower you are still Abraham's seed and heirs according to the Promise God made to Abraham.
Don't take a passage of the bible out of context to make it say something it doesn't say or to twist it to fit your Gentile theology. It only proves you are dishonest.
23 But before faith came, we (JEWS) were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
24 Wherefore the law was our (JEWS) schoolmaster to bring us (JEWS) unto Christ, that we (JEWS) might be justified by faith.
25 But after that faith is come, we (JEWS) are no longer under a schoolmaster.
26 For ye (JEWS) are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
27 For as many of you (JEWS) as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

Context. Saul is addressing Jewish Christians who are Jews and followers of Christ and who were concerned with their status under the Abraham Covenant, which Saul addresses by saying being a follower of Christ doesn't change your relationship with God under the Abraham Covenant and the Law (schoolmaster.)
You just prove what I said time and time again that Gentiles have stolen everything God gave to Israel to make it apply to Gentiles. And you're part of that theft.

Just the mentioning of the Law should give you clue that Saul is addressing Jews and Jewish Christians. He would have nothing to say to non-Hebrews about the Law because all Jewry know that non-Hebrew Gentiles are not and never have been under the Law so there's no need to mention anything to them of the Law of Moses given to the children of Israel.
The whole letter by Saul is written to Jews and Hellenized mixed heritage Hebrews/Jews who live in the region.
And the word "nations" harkens back to its use in Genesis 12, 15, and 17 and it references the seed of Abraham through the descendants of Ishmael's twelve sons and Esau's descendants. Both had prophecies upon them, and both were blessed of God because it was THEY of whom was blessed of God and not God's enemies the non-Hebrew Gentiles like the Philistines, or other Canaanites who occupied the land God gave to Abraham's seed.
1 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
Jesus Christ was crucified in front of the Jews in Jerusalem. That's what Saul means in saying, "Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you." Jesus wasn't crucified in front of non-Hebrews. He was crucified in front of His own people the Israelites.
2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
Addressing the Jews because they were the ones who received the Law through Moses.
3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?
The Holy Spirit was promised to Israel through the Hebrew prophet Joel. It's recorded in Joel's 'book.'
4 Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.
What did these Hebrews/Jews suffer? Do you know? They suffered at the hands of the unconverted Jews who persecuted the Jewish Christians. Look to Saul for he was one of the Jews that previously had persecuted Jesus through the Jewish Christians.
5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Gal. 3:1–5.
Again, Who did miracles? Non-Hebrew Gentiles? No. Never is there anything in Scripture of non-Hebrew Gentiles performing miracles, or speaking in tongues, or being persecuted by the Jews because they were Christian because there were no non-Hebrews that ever became born-again Christian. It was the Jews that persecuted Jewish Christians. NOT NON-HEBREW GENTILES.

As I said elsewhere these "Gentiles" are mixed heritage Hebrews who for 15-20 generations after the remnant returned with Nehemiah remained in Gentile lands, grew up Gentile - weren't even circumcised - and were heavily influenced by Greek culture (Hellenized) and lost all pretenses of their Hebrew heritage but were still Abraham's seed and heirs according to the Promise of God.
This was the reason for the Jerusalem Council in Acts 15. Because God's covenants were a progression and built upon the last covenant the Judaizers wanted to 'return' these mixed heritage Hebrews to the Mosaic Law and circumcise them and make them "ready" for the New Covenant which was upon them. The conclusion of the Jerusalem Council was to place four precepts from the Law of Moses upon these mixed heritage Hebrews: "That [they] abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well." Acts 15:29.
No Jew or Jewish Christian would ever try to place non-Hebrew Gentiles under the Law of Moses. It just doesn't happen. If these Jewish Christians who all were held in high esteem by the Jews and were pillars of the Jewish Church, if they were to even attempt to place non-Hebrew Gentiles under the Law would face such a backlash and the Jewish Christian Church in its infancy would endure such an upheaval that would shatter what trust they enjoyed among the Jews. Not even Saul or Peter or James would ever consider placing non-Hebrew Gentile under the Law. It just doesn't happen. They would be attacked - even killed to violate the Jews religion which if such a thing was ever attempted would equal Antiochus Epiphanies' slaughter of a pig on the altar of God.
These "Gentiles" of mixed heritage Hebrews were called "Gentile" and not called "Jew" in same fashion that half-Jew/half-Assyrian Hebrews were called "Samaritan" and not called "Jews" by the Jews. It's a prejudice along similar lines towards any Hebrew of mixed heritage. But as long as they were Abraham's seed there was an easier accommodation towards attempting to place these precepts of the Law upon them because they were Hebrew and that's what happen because they were of Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promises.
So Gentiles have received the Holy Spirit which totally destroys the Ethnic Cleansing aspirations of your Judaizing Spirit. You can now send that Judaizing Spirit packing.

They were heavily influenced by Greek culture (Hellenized) and weren't even circumcised because they as mixed heritage Hebrews lost all semblance of their Hebrew heritage because they were in exile and the offspring of Gentile-Jew unions. They were the subject of the Jerusalem Council in Acts 15 because as more and more mixed heritage Hebrews who were heavily influenced by Greek culture weren't even circumcised and after they became born-again the Judaizers believed they should be circumcised in order to participate in the New Covenant. It was a backward step in order to move forward two steps. The main reason why these were mixed heritage Hebrews that were referred to as "Gentile" and not as "Jew by the Jews was the same reason why mixed heritage Hebrews who were the offspring of Jew-Assyrian unions were called Samaritan and not called "Jew" by Jews was because of the prejudice among the Jews (Remember: "The Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans" the Samaritan woman at the well told Jesus.
The other clue these "Gentiles" were of mixed heritage Hebrews was that at the Jerusalem Council the Jewish Christian leadership placed four precepts of the Law of Moses on these Hebrews of mixed heritage offspring for no Jew or Jewish Christian would ever think to attempt to place these four precepts of the Law of Moses upon non-Hebrew Gentiles. Such a move to do so would cause such an uproar among the Jews that Jewish Christianity in its infancy would have suffered greatly - even death at the hands of the Jews - and the apostles who were held in high esteem by the Jews and were pillars of the Jewish Church at Jerusalem would have lost all currency they held as good men under the Law and recipients of the New Covenant blessings of God upon the Jews that trying to place non-Hebrew Gentiles under the Law would never have happened. But as mixed heritage Hebrews and as long as they were Abraham's seed there was no problem in the discussion of circumcising them because only Hebrews were circumcised - NOT Gentiles.
You need to think this through.
God made NO COVENANT with non-Hebrew Gentiles and there are no non-Hebrew Gentiles included in any of the three Hebrew covenants. NONE.
These "Gentiles" were mixed heritage Hebrews who grew up as Gentile living in Gentile lands and heavily influenced by Greek culture that they weren't even circumcised and the whole issue once they became born-again was to take them a step backwards to the Mosaic Law before they could participate in the New Covenant blessings - blessings that included the fulfillment of the Joel prophecy that God promised to pour out His Spirit upon Israel which pouring out marked the beginning of the New Covenant era Israel found herself in.
The circumcision of Timothy by Saul is an example of being mixed heritage and born-again but not circumcised. But Saul took Timothy and circumcised him because he was Abraham's seed and COULD be circumcised. But there is no evidence in Scripture of a non-Hebrew Gentile ever being circumcised. It never happened because the Jews would not allow it. If any of the Jews or Jewish Christians ever circumcised a non-Hebrew Gentile, it would be equal to the desecration that Antioch Epiphanies' when he sacrificed a pig on the altar. IT JUST DOESN'T HAPPEN.
