No.Okay, so you think this passage is an offer ?
Clearly the son is given to the worldNothing about an offer there, you have been deceived
Can you not see this? How not so ? Its no offer there, its in your imagination
If I said to you I love you so much that I will bake you a cake if you go to the store for some milk.no nothing about an offer, you and others have been deceived
I actually think it is that he/they do not understand what they read. It is clear as day.Clearly the son is given to the world
John 3:14–17 (LEB) — 14 And just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, thus it is necessary that the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 so that everyone who believes in him will have eternal life.” 16 For in this way God loved the world, so that he gave his one and only Son, in order that everyone who believes in him will not perish, but will have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world in order that he should judge the world, but in order that the world should be saved through him.
and all who believe on the son may be saved, that is an offer of salvation conditioned upon faith
You do not believe scripture
Yes it is. his hyper Calvinist glasses, however, prevent him from seeing it.I actually think it is that he/they do not understand what they read. It is clear as day.
Nothing about an offer or condition, you adding to the word of truthClearly the son is given to the world

And you see an offer in that ? Incredible , I see a purpose stated. Can you not see this?
John 3:17 (LEB) — 17 For God did not send his Son into the world in order that he should judge the world, but in order that the world should be saved through him.
Why are you wasting time with this offer nonense ? Christ did the offering to God and God accepted it, its a wrap, Salvation accomplished for the elect,it shall be published to them Heb 9:14If I said to you I love you so much that I will bake you a cake if you go to the store for some milk.
Can you not see that I am offering to bake you a cake, (That is an offer) under the condition that you go to the store for the milk (That is the condition.)
If I said to you I love you so much and here is a $ 100.00 bill if you go to the store for some milk.
Can you not see that I am offering you a $100.00 bill, (That is an offer) but the conditions are that you go to the store for some milk. (That is the condition)
If as was saidabout God, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,(That is the offer) (under the condition) that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (That is the condition)
How is it you cannot see that?
You are blinded and do not even know it.Why are you wasting time with this offer nonense ? Christ did the offering to God and God accepted it, its a wrap, Salvation accomplished for the elect,it shall be published to them Heb 9:14
How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
See ya at the JudgmentYou are blinded and do not even know it.
A purpose to give his son to all the world. And you see an offer in that ? Incredible , I see a purpose stated.
Eternal life is the offer.Nothing about an offer or condition, you adding to the word of truth
Yes it is, but then even more sad are the Calvinists who do not believe those with free will are Christians.... And that is only because if you do not see things their way they get hyper upset.I always considered that a Calvinist was a Christian… but I guess I was mistaken. That’s truly sad.
Thanks for the sincere chat, sis.Yes it is, but then even more sad are the Calvinists who do not believe those with free will are Christians.... And that is only because if you do not see things their way they get hyper upset.
They believe that free will means that you cannot possibly make a choice to follow Jesus. To worship him. Because your freewill blocks the intimacy that they have with The Father, of whom they are certain "they" and only they were chosen before time and many, even on here, will say the Holy Scriptures were written for them and not free will people for those with free will cannot understand them.
Now, are they Christians? Only our God in heaven knows for certain.
I have had Calvinist claim I am not born again and I cannot be born again because of my free will.
I have always been happy to discuss experiences of when, why and how that came about.
I do not recall a single Calvinist who ever talked of their born again experience. They do not need to because they were predestined.
So, to me... that does not a Christian make.
In all fairness it truly is only my opinion....
Yes Jesus atonement for sin is offered to all.Clearly the son is given to the world

Thats similar to me I've had calvinists claim I was never really a calvinist since I left calvinism a few years ago. I was a calvinist for over 40 years. These same ones who say I never was supported my posts on another forum giving me high 5's and likes all of the time for years when I would debate not calvinists and reply to their posts on a daily basis. Many of them are here like @TomL @TibiasDad @Rockson @synergy @Dizerner @praise_yeshuaYes it is, but then even more sad are the Calvinists who do not believe those with free will are Christians.... And that is only because if you do not see things their way they get hyper upset.

The purpose is the world of His Sheep , whom He loved and gave Christ for Jn 10 might be saved Jn 3:16-17A purpose to give his son to all the world.
So that those who believe may have eternal life.
The offer is obvious if you have eyes to see.
Eternal life has never ever in the history of the scriptures been offered, its always been promised to be given Titus 1:1-2Eternal life is the offer.
Why do you lack understanding?
