Jesus alone, His life and His teachings are the church's one foundation.
Jesus alone has "words of eternal life". John 6:68
Jesus alone of all men in all of history had a unique, supernatural birth. Luke 1:35
Jesus alone is "the Savior of the world" 1 John 4:14 and "the propitiation for our sins ... and also for those of the whole world." 1 John 2:2
Jesus alone is salvation. "And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name (other than Jesus) under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12
Jesus alone is both the foundation and the cornerstone of God's household, the church.
Jesus alone was and is without sin.
Jesus alone was called "the Son of God." Luke 1:35
Jesus alone saves - nothing else and no one else other than Jesus saves.
Jesus alone is the purpose and the meaning of life.

To say that faith alone in Jesus alone is not sufficient for our salvation is to dishonor God, His word, Jesus His Son, and to grieve His Holy Spirit.

Jesus is God's Word made flesh, so following his example of embodying God's Word is the way to have faith in him alone for salvation. Jesus saves us from our sin (Matthew 1:21) and sin is the transgression of the Law of God (1 John 3:4), so Jesus graciously teaching us to be doers of it is intrinsically the way that he is giving us his gift of saving us from not being doers of it, so again obeying the Law of God is the way to have faith alone in Jesus alone, not saying that faith alone in Jesus alone is insufficient for our salvation.
