What don't you understand --God gave his son= 2 beings 1 is God 1 is his son. There is only 1 God. Thus son is correct at Acts.

that I am he] Better, that I am. It not merely means ‘that I am the Messiah,’ but is the great name, which every Jew at once understood, I AM. Comp. John 8:28; John 8:58, John 13:19, John 18:5; Exodus 3:14; Deuteronomy 32:39; Isaiah 43:10.

Catholicism translating put your last sentence in error. Heb 1:4 is clear--The only reason Jesus is better than the angels is because God gave him the name Jesus which makes him better.
Ps 45:7-- You( Jesus) loved righteousness and hated wickedness, that is why God, your God( see Jesus has a God) anointed you with the oil of exultation more than your fellows( partners))))= angels
