Post that covenant between God and non-Hebrew Gentiles and you win the discussion. It's that simple.

Why do you as Gentile have to "watch and be ready?" Your beliefs about being Gentile and that Gentiles are in God's covenants is the delusion and deception not rightly dividing the Word of truth.
If God made no covenant with Gentiles, then Gentiles have no atonement provided to them of God.
The delusion God promised to send upon the world is the false belief that Gentiles are in God's covenants. But when asked to provide the Scripture declaring this no one steps up because there is NO SCRIPTURE that says God has covenant with Gentiles. Instead, Gentiles add to God's Word and try to pass off Galatians 3:28-29. But Saul is addressing those who were under the Law, under a schoolmaster and Gentiles were never under the Law. So, it is a misapplication of Scripture.
Jesus was addressing the religious leaders. And later in Acts 6 a "great company of priests were obedient to the faith."
A great company means more than half of the 70 in the Sanhedrin, or at least 40 or more. That's wholesale repentance.
Not to mention salvation is not of men to decide on but God has a book of life of the lamb with names already written in before He created anything that are predestined and ordained to salvation and none of them are Gentiles.

There are no non-Hebrew Gentiles in any of the three Hebrew covenants.

So when Gentile proselytes join Israel and have faith in God, their circumcision is the sign of the covenant between God and Abram. So they definitely were part of the covenant with Abraham.

How can it be "anyone" when circumcision of the heart" follows circumcision of the flesh which was the requirement God placed upon Abraham and his Hebrew seed. If Jesus fulfilled the Law - and He did - and the Law required a sacrifice yearly to atone for the sins of the children of Israel under the Law, and Jesus fulfilled the Law and its requirements upon the children of Israel, then as substitute for the animal sacrifice Jesus sacrificed Himself for those under the Law to atone for the sins of the children of Israel finally, eternally. Thus, Saul's words in Galatian letter to Jewish Christians is fulfilled:
4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. Gal. 4:4–5.
Now you know for whom Christ died. He died to redeem those under the Law and those under the Law are the children of Israel ONLY.
Now, how can you refute God's Word above?

Excellent words by a Jewish Christian in a letter to and for Jews and Jewish Christians.
Those that were "without Christ being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world" are identified as Hebrews of mixed heritage (like Samaritans) who did not return to the Holy Land with Nehemiah but remained in Gentile lands raising mixed heritage Hebrews through about 21 generations from the 'remnants return' in 522BC until Christ these "lost" generations grew up in Greek culture - never being circumcised - because they lost their Hebrew heritage living away from the Holy Land "without God IN THE WORLD" which is why the Jerusalem Council took place, which was to address these mixed heritage Hebrews and whether they as Jewish Christians now needed to be circumcised. If you'll note the final decision was to place them under several precepts under the Law still - abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication - which the Jewish Christian leaders would NEVER place Gentiles under for that would be an offense against the Law being that Gentiles were never under the Law to begin with. This is why Saul says, "there is neither Jew nor Greek" (Gal. 3:28) instead of "there is neither Jew nor Gentile" because the Greeks here were Hebrews of mixed heritage (like Samaritans) who became born-again and while seen as a "restoration" of these Hebrews back to the Law of Moses the question of whether these should be circumcised arose. The leaders of the Jerusalem Council placed four requirements from the Law upon these mixed heritage Hebrews which decision 'pleased everyone.' The Jerusalem leadership would NEVER place these requirements from the Law upon Gentiles.

No, the New Covenant was prophesied by Jeremiah which was a New Covenant in Christ's body and blood and between God and the House of Israel and Judah. Read the text and stop adding to the bible:
31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD,
That I will make a new covenant
With the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Jeremiah 31:31.
Now, repeat the Scripture..."the New Covenant is a covenant between the God of Abraham and both Houses of Israel and Judah ONLY." Repeat it to yourself so that if anyone ask you about who is in this covenant you can respond with the Word of God.
You quote it but you really do not want to accept what it says nor believe it.
These are not Gentiles; they are Hebrews of mixed heritage (like Samaritans) who grew up as Gentiles in Gentile lands under Greek culture for approximately 21 generations from 522BC until Christ arrived. Remember, it was a remnant (10% of all Jews alive at the time) who returned to the Holy Land in 522BC while the majority of Jews (90%) remained in Gentile lands. These Hebrews of mixed heritage were "without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world."
There can be no other meaning.
