Nobody can believe in Christ while they're dead and trespasses sin, they have no life in them. Believing in Christ is the evidence of having eternal life

It was not by your own freewil my friend, now if you're a true believer in Jesus Christ it's by the will and grace and purpose of God
I see it a lot different. And there is no "IF" Jesus died for my sins and the whole worlds as well. I chose to believe it.

I see and a lot of people do.
Why would God stop anyone from coming to Christ. Salvation is a free gift to anyone who wants to accept it. He knows we all need it why would He limit is to only some. He doesn't and is not willing that any should parish. He wants us all to have everlasting life. But we must make the decision, He does not make it for us. For God so love the world that He gave...we either accept or reject His offer. I'm a believer in the finished work of Jesus Christ not some dead guys whacko gringo oswego theology.
