Hi brother,
I like your statement. God has justified everyone to life in the death and resurrection of His Son. To receive this wonderful free gift of justification, one only needs to repent and believe in God's Son, Jesus Christ who died for all.
We are justified by faith, believing that God has justified us in the blood of His Son. In other words, we believe God's message, and by our belief we receive what God is freely giving to us in the sacrificial death of His Son.
I like to think of it this way; faith is the hand that receives what God is giving. And He is giving the free gift of justification to life through His Son's death for our sins. We receive this wonderful gift by believing Him.

The Apostle Paul says it right.
Romans 3:24 -being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
Romans 5:1 - Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Romans 5:9 - Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.

The elect are Justified before God prior to faith by the Grace of God and the Blood of Christ Rom 3:24
24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption/blood that is in Christ Jesus:
Rom 5:9
9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
