1) For those He knows will believe

2) merely provisional for those He knows will never believe.

Sure but the fact God grants belief and repentance is also scripture no?

Philippians 1:29. God grants belief

2 Timothy 2:25 God grants repentance

Ephesians 2:8 and 9 Salvation is a gift of God
Phil 1:29 is believers who are already saved
2 Tim 2:25- is unbelievers that God MIGHT/ MAY grant repentance
Eph 2:8- you have right salvation is the gift, not faith. :)

not a bad batting average if you are a baseball player- 1/3 = 333. :)

hope this helps !!!

Why would He grant belief to those who already believe? 🤔

So your rewarded for coming to faith? So your not saved by grace then.

You could always hit the batting cage.
