Is anyone else a Seer?

Wrong. IF we draw near to God, He draws near to us. In Hebrews 12 Jesus, not us, is the AUTHOR and FINISHER of our faith. To abide in Christ, read His word. Those who grow stagnant are people who stop reading His Word, who stop going to church and stop wisely choosing Christian friends. This can happen to people who maybe lose a child and blame God, instead of trusting God to see them again someday in heaven.

I see you have bought the definition of grace as being a coverall of our sins - unmerited favor. It is favor alright, but grace is the power of God given to us to grow in the Lord and naturally obey our conscience where He has written His laws.

You are wrong in your assumption that I believe we don't have to abide in Him. NO! That is the prerequisite to obeying what He writes on our hearts. Look at 1 John 3:24 and see that it is abiding in Him that gives us the power to keep His LAWS. And then to grow in the fruit of the Spirit see John 15:1-4 and be aware that it is also abiding in Him that gives us the power/fertilizer to grow and mature in the fruit of the Spirit.

Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. It doesn't appear you believe any of the warnings in Scripture.

Daily service vs eternal salvation.. these are the key things to look at in scripture.

So the context around working out your salvation with fear and trembling isn't about eternal salvation..but daily service. The right response to having eternal salvation to begin with. 'In regards to having' rather than 'the means of'.

Just as being baptized for the remission of sins.... is 'because of' having remission of sins..not to attain remission of sins.

Just as 'there is no more sacrifice for sins' in Hebrews 10.26.. is not about Jesus' atoning sacrifice, but the sacrifice of bulls and goats. Just compare with 'offering for sins' earlier in the chapter.

Eternal salvation vs daily service. Separate things.

What does this have to do with the meaning of grace when it comes to SIN?

Many venial sins are not known to us UNTIL Jesus adds them to our conscience. 2 Peter 1:5-7 shows we are not aware of them at the same time. That is why as we walk in the Spirit and obey our conscience, Jesus cleanses us of sins not unto death as we commit them. For me, say I post something I shouldn't, Jesus will simply instruct me to edit, and I obey. I didn't need to confess it. The key is abiding in Christ at all times.

1 John 1:9 and Acts 2:38 are both to receive the Holy Spirit that makes our nature born again. If we have to keep confessing sin, then we don't have the Spirit of Christ and are not born again. That would be like the Jews under the law: with "the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin." The flesh is our carnal nature that is still alive in the unbeliever.

Let me ask you a question that came up on another site I belong to. In Romans 8:8-11 does Paul mean "the flesh" is our mortal body?

8 So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. 10 And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
Just a friendly reminder seeing i seen a certain word called venial .

John tells Christians: "If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us." 1 John 1:8

1 John 1:7 does NOT say that the blood of Jesus AUTOMATICALLY cleanses us from sin. Which is why John goes on to tell us what we need to do when we sin, in verses 8-10.

I suppose it never crossed your mind that John is referring to folks who have not been born again?

Once converted, a believer is declared righteousness through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. All sin is forgiven. Confessing sins doesn't keep us saved, but maintains a deeper relationship to Jesus.

Sin is forgiven..but after conversion people are still imperfect and therefore still sin.
Don't forget there are two types of sin. Christians do not commit the last 6 commandments against one another.

That is only those who are not WALKING. We must never stop abiding IN Him. Also, many believe in Jesus but only who He is. They have never received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and been born again. Look at Revelation 2 and 3. Those are to Christian churches. Only the church of Philippians are ready, and do not sin.

But, yes 1 John 1:7 shows us that even those who walk in the Spirit are not perfect, but they do not do anything against their conscience. So to keep abiding in Him, keep seeking Him in all you do, and never disobey your own conscience where the laws and fruit of the Spirit are written by Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. He will keep writing new things to mature us. And pray before reading His word. Never take mans word for interpretation. Ask God to reveal His truth as you read. There are many doctrines of man and also demons in the Church today. Seek His Truth and only His. Denominations are for fellowship, not for learning truth. If you learn from God, you will be able to spiritually see and hear contradictions to His Word if you read it yourself.

BTW, the infilling of the Holy Spirit is the power that Romans 1:16-17 is talking about. Read also 1 John 3:21-24

I usually don't take man's word for interpretation. In fact I'm neither Calvinist nor Armenian. Also my church comes from a line that has no known human founder.

Abiding in Christ after salvation is out of freedom from chains..not because we HAVE to. Otherwise you are working your way to heaven.

Salvation is a free gift, not by works. Being faithful to Jesus after salvation is the right response to this gift..but not that we HAVE to.

John 5:24.. 10:28.. salvation is given and then it is possessed by the believer for eternity. Saved past tense and kept by the power of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

An unfaithful believer will experience discipline from Jesus. They will be quickened to flee sin..but He won't leave the believer.

Think again. If we stop abiding in Christ and bear no fruit and stop obeying His commands He placed in our hearts, then He will say "Depart from Me, I never knew you, you worker of iniquity." Good luck with your doctrine of demons.

There is no working in abiding. We just obey our own conscience that now comes NATURALLY from our new nature.

You knocked it out of the park when you said...

There is no working in abiding. We just obey our own conscience that now comes NATURALLY from our new nature.

I see it more that I don't obey myself or my conscience, but rather I follow after it. The Greek word “spirit” is neuter and therefore an it.

I no longer try to get God or Jesus Christ to work with me or to get close to me. I now spend much of my time right inside the spirit as close as I can get right in their face. The Greek word menō translated "abide" often deals with being in him, which I'm very concerned about when it comes to walking in Christ, which I believe is the same as walking in the spirit. To be in him or to abide in him deals with remaining or continuing to be present. To dwell, live, and be within him to the end that we are operative in him by his divine influence and energy. My first red flag that started me looking into how to do this was when I realized it's the Catholics that teach we are sinners. They teach us to look at ourselves and our sin. I teach that we should look at Christ and to walk in his spirit.

What i say to one i say to all as a necessary and general reminder .
It sure seems what cometh naturally from many , EVEN IF THEY cliam its of the spirit
SURE SEEMS to be contradicting ALL MIGHTY GOD HIMSELF .
May i suggest we get faces full of the bible and very fast for our own selves .
IF i had but a dime every , oh i say every time ,
That what one claimed and what one said and did
CONTRADICTED ALL MIGHTY GOD HIMSELF , TO HIS FACE outright rebellion TYPE.
WHEN I WARNED US ALL to beware of the fourteenth lion
to flee also the pits of the nar realm and liberal progressives
I MEANT EVERY WORD I SAID . THEY ALL BEING FLEECED and SURE SEEM TO LOVE to have IT SO .
TIME this people comes OUT FROM AMONGST them and DARN FAST too .
TIS BIBLE TIME . THE HOUR OF STRONG DELUSION is running its course .
IT WILL TAKE ANY AND EVERY ONE captive , THAT IS NOT in the lambs book of life .
TO the lie of the liar of all liars
who has sold his love , his unity , his common ground , HIS FAT LIE that so many seem to LOVE .
Just a friendly reminder to us all .

you have mistyped something BIG TIME .
You wrote that also many believe In JESUS but only who HE is . WRONG
they follow another jesus that was presented unto them by the doctrines of they own men and churches .
THEY DO NOT know the TRUE JESUS . PEROID .
now beware the fourteenth lion of the tribe of harlot and of anti christ , IT has come
to complete the merger of its father . Note i said father and NOT FATHER .
and many co wokers and co workers do its bidding and have decieved these churches .
MANY do not KNOW JESUS . they know jesus , the one satan and his men fed them which fed their own lustful hearts desires .
MANY in love and in bed with a jesus who serves their sins . SORRY but that AINT JESUS
its satan decieving them using that name . ALL IT IS . ALL IT IS . i have come
to expose that which is of anti christ , and its false love merger and its judge not call .
TO expose the false love interfaith of anti christ and its co workers
and to POINT only TO CHRIST JESUS . DO be encouraged now .

The people who Jesus said never knew..aren't those who believed and then stopped.. Jesus NEVER knew them.

The context of this is about false prophets, not general believers.

Earlier context:

Matthew 7:15-16 KJV - Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

well the nar realm , rcc , progressive liberal realm is CHALKED UP TO THE FULL with false leaders .
WHY come most cannot discern that .
hmmm .
WHY are so many being in UNIVERSALIM jesus who dont seem to care if one loves sin or what one believes .
ONLY SATAN would ever have come in with a love that has done just this
and man that road is SO darn broad .
May i highly warn us and remind us that finding common ground intefaith
IS OF SATAN , IS OF ANTI CHRIST . and we better KNOW THAT WELL and have no part in that cup of fornication .

Many who cliam to beleive on HIM , do not know HIM .
That is not an accusation but a fact .
Many are headed right into the ultimate lie of he who merges all in his own name .
And he owns the false religoins and now nigh the end hour
they too are merging as one with the lost within christendom .
as a a child they beleive in his love , his inclusive and broad path .
The end is coming , the end of all flesh cometh .
For even the many within all realms of christendom NOW DENY CHRIST
and follow another jesus who preaches another love . the leaven took THEM
as it came in under the guise that to be loving means judge not correct not
just get along . IT GOT THEM and now they go for a ride on its train to perdition .
The few who have resisted
THE MANY now see as haters , as judgmental , as those who know not love or GOD . YET ITS THESE
who know NEITHER GOD OR HIS LOVE . its looking real bad right now . I suggest to all
we get our selves back into the bible and learn that doctrine well .

The Catholics were not wrong when people go to church but never receive the Holy Spirit, also called the Spirit of Christ. That is why they have confessionals. LOL
