one question, scripture, Romans 8:9 "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his."

how many Spirit is that Quintus5?

do you want to try again?

simple

Therefore concerning the eating of things offered to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no other God but one. For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth (as there are many gods and many lords),
yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live.
you didn't answer the question...... was the LORD "ALONE" when he made .... ALL THINGS? yes or no .... please.

101G.

No, you are wrong and terribly confused.

Your god of oneness of perversity can't help you.
stick with the question, is "I" one person or two persons?.... remember you bragged about PRONOUNS? so Fred tell us all is the PRONOUN "I" one person or two person. your answer will be Judge by John 2:19 "Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."

now if you cannot agree you're calling the Lord Jesus a liar...... your choice .................... 😇 YIKES!

@Quintus5
One down, and two more to go. ..................... What about that "Spirit?" Romans 8:9 "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his."

is this ONE or two separate and distinct Spirits? your answer please.

What does the Holy Spirit do?

What do you know about the Holy Spirit? Go head take a moment a post a reply.
You might be think nothing or that the Holy Spirit is some type of a ghost.
Or you might be think something totally different.

The Holy Spirit provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, guidance in doing what is right, and spiritual gifts to build up the church and spread the gospel. These are just four thing but there are more.
Correct, the Holy Spirit ... "EMPOWERS the BELIEVERS". he is also called the HELPER. and Comforter, as well as mediator and advocate.

Where did the Holy Spirit come from?

The bible full of that about the Holy Spirit. Genesis talk about the Holy Spirit. Acts gives us the best place to pick up and talk about the Holy Spirt. Join me as i read.

Acts 1:7–8
7 He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or periods that the Father has set by his own authority. 8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
This is the Lord Jesus in his "DIVERSIFIED" state as the Holy Spirit now, empowered with his own Spirit, supportive scripture, John 17:5 "And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was."

When can you receive the Holy Spirit?

Peter give the answer to this just a few verse down.
Acts 2:38–39
38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, each of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
39 For the promise is for you and for your children, and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call.”
one can receive the Holy Spirit before Water Baptism, just ask captain Cornelius in Acts chapter 10.

What can we do with the Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit is our counsellor. He provides us with comfort, and draw us closer to Jesus.

He guides us in the right direction when we want to follow and not go on our own way.
He to convict the world of sin.
He gives us the gift of the Holy Spirit. Which can be many different thing. Wisdom, teaching/ preaching/, Faith, Healing, different kinds of languages and to intervention them.

Galatians 5:22–23
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. The law is not against such things.
Let him led us in all things. especially teaching, 1 Corinthians 2:12 "Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God." 1 Corinthians 2:13 "Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual." 1 Corinthians 2:14 "But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned." 1 Corinthians 2:15 "But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man." 1 Corinthians 2:16 "For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ."

Isaiah 6:8 Also I heard the voice of YHWH, saying:
“Whom shall I send, And who will go
for Us?”
Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”

Same 'Us' from Genesis 1:26

Isaiah 6:8 Also I heard the voice of YHWH, saying:

for Us?”

Same 'Us' from Genesis 1:26
LOL, LOL, LOL, what a blunder. same US? let's see. you believe and trust the Lord Jesus, Right, he don't LIE correct. scripture, Matthew 19:3 "The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?" Matthew 19:4 "And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female," the Lord Jesus Just said God is a "HE" one person. do you believe the Lord Jesus who cannot LIE.

and as for Isaiah 6:8 "Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me."

LISTEN CAREFULLY, Let's see who was sent. Isaiah 48:16 "Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord GOD, and his Spirit, hath sent me." DAVE, Dave, dave, who is the "ME" here that was sent? your answer,

but before you answer, it was not Isaiah, because Isaiah was not at the beginning.... (smile). and also the Lord God here is JESUS, so please tell us who was SENT? ........ (smile). Oh this is too easy.
