"Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord” (Romans 10:9–13)

The Abraham Covenant was material and physical. Material and physical in both a first-born son (Isaac) and material and physical in the land God promised Abraham's seed, a people historically known as the children of Israel of twelve tribes. God never made any such promises or any other promises to non-Hebrew, non-Abraham Gentiles. None. There is nothing in Scripture and the theology and belief that now Gentiles are a part of God's salvation doesn't rest on the biblical record but on erroneous interpretations of the Hebrew Scripture, using the New Testament as basis for such interpretation but without having Scriptural foundation in the Hebrew Scripture of Law, Psalms, and the Prophets' writings.
jewish fables,

Even though the Abrahamic Covenant did make some promises to Abrahams physical seed, like the physical land promise, which God has fulfilled, thats now history, yet the primary of it is Spiritual and Mystical finding its fulfillment in Christ and His Spiritual Seed Gal 3:8,16,29

8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. Note: The Covenant was always international in scope covering all nations

16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

God may have given land promised to the fathers, but He hasn't yet given land promised to Abraham:

18 In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:
19 The Kenites, and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites,
20 And the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims,
21 And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites. Genesis 15:18–21.

The land God promised Abraham and his seed is marked out below. And for a fact Israel - the Jewish people in general - have never possessed this Promised Land marked out by the borders delineated by Genesis 15:18-21.

God has already fulfilled the physical national land promise to Israel, Abes physical seed,
Joshua 21 43-45

43 And the Lord gave unto Israel all the land which he sware to give unto their fathers; and they possessed it, and dwelt therein.

44 And the Lord gave them rest round about, according to all that he sware unto their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the Lord delivered all their enemies into their hand.

45 There failed not ought of any good thing which the Lord had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass.
To say God did not fulfill His promises, when He did, is total heresy and blasphemy

Nope. Saul makes a distinction between those born to Isaac and Ishmael. And knowing which father one is born from meant they had to know their genealogy. And that will play an important role as it has through the centuries. One is either born from a slave, or the other is born from a freeman. Obviously, Saul searched or knew whether he was born from Ishmael's stock or from Isaac's and this meant knowing genealogy. To the Jews genealogy is important. It is used to identify Israel's Messiah back in the first c3entury, and it will bge used to identify Him when He returns - plus other identifiers found in Scripture.
That was Isaac, yet he pictured Abrahams Spiritual Seed versus his carnal seed that you glory in Gal 4:28-29

28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise. Note: The brethren here are any believer in Christ regardless of ethnicity !
29 But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.

It was false as can be !

R.C. Sproul said "It was certainly loving of God to predestine the salvation of His people, those the Bible calls "the elect or chosen ones." It is the non-elect that are the problem. If some people are not elected unto salvation then it would seem that God is not all that loving toward them. For them it seems that it would have been more loving of God not to have allowed them to be born. That may indeed be the case."

Duh!

Those God doesnt love He hates and He created them for wrath and destruction for their sins. Romans 9 is about that.

That's all well and good, but tell me something...

The Abraham Covenant is recorded and described in Genesis chapters 12, 15, and 17.

WHERE in these chapters (12, 15, and 17) is there any mention of a spiritual aspect to these covenant promises?

Saul was able to write about the spiritual aspect of these covenant promises but he didn't get that revelation from Genesis chapters 12, 15, and 17. He received his revelation (Gal. 1:12) through study of the Hebrew Scripture in other places. But NOT from the Abraham Covenant itself in Genesis 12, 15, and 17, because there is nothing in these chapters to mention a spiritual aspect even remotely to this covenant. So, if Saul uses other places in the Law, Psalms, and the Prophets to describe a spiritual aspect to the Abraham Covenant how are you able to create the position that the Abraham Covenant recorded and described by Moses in Genesis 12, 15, and 17 mentions a spiritual facet to this eternal covenant?

Hmmmm....?

Pay attention. It mentions the fathers (plural) but it doesn't mention Abraham (singular.) These are two different promises.

it's more accurate to say that the blessings of the Abrahamic Covenant extend to the descendants of Abraham, including the lines of Ishmael and Esau. They are, after all, Abraham's seed.

Israel has NEVER possessed such land as bordered in the graphic below.

God has covenant with Abram the Hebrew and his Hebrew seed. The three forefathers of the Hebrew people (Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob) are Hebrew people because they married and had children with women from their own descendant family.

The "heathen" is identified as mixed heritage Hebrews who grew up in Gentile lands heavily influenced by Greek culture. These are the "Gentiles" of whom some wanted them to be circumcised in order to 'solidify' their salvation in the God of Abraham. They were the subject of whether or not these mixed-heritage "Gentiles" - they were called - should be circumcised. Now, no Hebrew or Jew would ever consider or require non-Hebrew Gentiles to circumcision for it is a Hebrew covenant rite that was commanded by God upon Abraham and his household and later, his seed (Isaac.)

And the term "nations" in these passages in Genesis 12, 15, and 17 refer to the descendants of Ishmael and Esau. A close look upon the terminology of these passages revels the common-sense that it is impossible for two Hebrew parents (Abraham and Sarah) to birth a "non-Hebrew Gentile." This is sixth grade biology.
16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
Galatians 3 is addressed to Jews not Gentiles. Saul has Hebrews/Jew as the audience for these new born-again Jews who were now followers of Christ were concerned of their standing in the Abraham Covenant being followers of this Jesus of Nazareth, but Saul comforts their anxiety by saying that if they were Christ's then they were STILL Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promises God gave to Abraham. This is clearly revealed in the text:

Saul, writing to Jews:

23 But before faith came, we [JEWS] were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
24 Wherefore the law was our [JEWS] schoolmaster to bring us [JEWS] unto Christ, that we [JEWS] might be justified by faith.
Gal. 3:23–24.

Pay attention to the text. Saul is writing to Jews who are under the Laqw (schoolmaster.) It is grammatically incorrect to think that Saul is writing to Gentiles because NO GENTILE was ever under the Law (schoolmaster.)

Therefore, your interpretation is in error.
