And All Israel Shall Be Saved!

The Church is Israel[Not National Israel], the Spiritual Kingdom of God, and we know this by many promises made to Israel in the OT times find its ultimate fulfillment in the NT Gospel dispensation, for instance, when Paul wrote to a gentile city church assembly, Corinth, designating them Saints 1 Cor 1:2

2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both their's and our's:

The word saints here is the greek word hagios:

set apart by (or for) God, holy, sacred.

They were a people set apart from the world, and when writing his second epistle to them, he applied OT promises made to Israel , he applied to them 2 Cor 6:14-18

14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. 11
Your error is in applying what God says to Israel to Gentiles (uncircumcised, non-covenant idol-worshipers.)

God made NO COVENANT with Gentiles. NONE.

Was Ruth the Moabite a ethnic jew ? She told Boaz Ruth 2:10

10 Then she fell on her face, and bowed herself to the ground, and said unto him, Why have I found grace in thine eyes, that thou shouldest take knowledge of me, seeing I am a stranger?

What does She mean she is a stranger ?

Again, the trouble with the KJV!!

Rth 2:10 Then she fell on her face, bowing to the ground, and said to him, "Why have I found favor in your eyes, that you should take notice of me, since I am a foreigner?"

According to the Scripture and the historical record of the Hebrew lineage, Ruth is a descendant of Abraham, but not through the line of Isaac or Jacob.

Her descent comes through the line of Lot, who was Abraham’s nephew. This means Lot's father was of the family of Eber (Gen. 11.)

13 And Arphaxad lived after he begat Salah four hundred and three years, and begat sons and daughters.
14 And Salah lived thirty years, and begat Eber:
15 And Salah lived after he begat Eber four hundred and three years, and begat sons and daughters.
16 And Eber lived four and thirty years, and begat Peleg: Genesis 11:13–16.

The descendants of Eber follow to Abraham, Nahor, and Haran.

25 And Nahor lived after he begat Terah an hundred and nineteen years, and begat sons and daughters.
26 And Terah lived seventy years, and begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran. Genesis 11:25–26.

These three brothers are the descendants of Eber from whom the Hebrew name derives.
Lot is the descendant of Terah.

Specifically, Lot was the son of Haran, who was one of Terah’s three sons. This makes Lot the nephew of the patriarch Abram (later Abraham).

One big happy family.

“For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.”(Romans 2:28-29) Paul could not be clearer. Real circumcision is of the heart, in the spirit. Not in the flesh. Not in the letter. Not in the outward sign. The real Jew is the one circumcised inwardly. The real sign of the covenant is the invisible work of the Spirit,

The Church is Israel because, Christ the Head of His Body the Church, is also likewise the Mediator of the New Covenant which only the blessings of are promised to Israel. Christ is the Head of the Church Eph 5:23

For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

This same Christ is the mediator of the New Covenant/Testament Heb 12:24

And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

1 Tim 2:5

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

The Body of People which benefit from their interest in the New Covenant Promises through the Mediator is Israel Heb 8:6-13

6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.

7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.

8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.

10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

Yes, God's Spirit Who was Promised to Israel as per Joel.
