You teach baptism in water is not in the gospel by claiming the gospel was already preached to him.
Paul's conversion refutes your error,

Cornelius was saved by performing miraculous gift of the Holy Spirit according to Fred
Fred claims all are saved this way today.
Yet Fred has no miraculous gift/gifts.

I've answered everyone of your questions.
Not surprised you run off without answering my questions.
Gave no answer for when Paul was saved and when he was Holy Spirit baptized.
Gave no answer to Simon the Sorcerer if he was saved by belief in the gospel.
Gave no answer if Fred can perform miraculous gifts as he claims he is saved just like Cornelius' miraculous gift when he received the Holy Spirit. If Fred doesn't have a miraculous gift, then how can he claim he was saved like Cornelius?

So according to Fred's gospel one can disobey a direct commandment from the Holy Spirit and be saved by belief alone.

Acts 10:47-48,
- can any man forbid water that these should not be baptized which have received the Holy Spirit as well as we
- and Peter commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord
Fred doesn't believe you have to obey the Holy Spirit commanding us to be water baptized.
This is cherry picking what you want to hear in Acts 10.
How can someone claim to be Holy Spirit baptized and at the same time go against the Holy Spirit?
Peter was Holy Spirit baptized when he gave the direct command to Cornelius and his household to be water baptized.
Jesus' gospel,
Matthew 28:19-20,
- Go ye therefore and teach all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit
- Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you, and lo I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world
Fred's gospel says no you don't have to obey all the commandments of Jesus.
Therefore Fred's gospel is salvation by faith alone and disobedience to Gods commandments.
