B4 a man can believe, he must be given seeing eyes, spiritually Jn 6 40
40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
That seeing requires life/regeneration, otherwise man is dead, blind as a bat spiritually

Yeah I know, but what I quoted showed the need for regeneration for a spiritual seed, other wise man cant love God naturally, he in fact hates God. What I quoted looked forward to the New Covenant

You didnt provide one verse stating man has a freewill to believe in Christ, and you cant since Jesus says Jn 6:44,65
Now man can make choices, whoever denied that. And truth be told even the choices man makes naturally are governed by the sovereign will of God, since He works all things [including mans will] according to His will Eph 1:11
11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

Yeah according to scripture. Faith is the fruit of regeneration 2 Thess 2:13
13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth
Sanctification of the Spirit is regeneration of the Spirit and with that comes belief of the truth/faith

The Spirit sanctifies those he indwells, and he does not indwell unbelievers.
