It is not hard to understand such scripture as this one, though wicked minds who hate the doctrine of pure grace seek to overthrow its blessed truth.
What God foresaw was that if he did not have an election of grace, then not one soul on their own strength, power would have ever came to the knowledge of the blessed truth of the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ, not one. If anyone has come, it is owing to the mercy of God alone, for if God had not shown mercy, then Paul's experience on the road to Damascus would have never happened, never. For Paul certainly was not seeking God, but he was seeking to destroy the faith and religion of Jesus Christ, by killing those that God had called out of darkness into His blessed light, by grace alone.
For anyone to try to pervert this scripture to make it mean that God foresaw who would believe and come to the knowledge of the truth by their own will and power (or works) is quickly expose as a lie by God's testimony.
Much like you do, by preaching the same message over and over again, about "the voices in the garden"!
That's the testimony of the Spirit of God, that men like you reject and hate concerning men still in the flesh, or men not yet born of God.
That's the main problem with your teachings, and others like you. God has indeed described how he put this world into motion by creating all things for his own pleasure. Adam and Eve were created after God's image, with spiritual knowledge, understanding, and wisdom, placed into a perfect garden with one simple commandment, yet they sinned as soon as God left them to themselves, just as the angels that left their first estate, sinned when God left them to themselves without securing either of their state in which He created them. Neither was he under obligations to do so. The lesson learned by us by both angels and man sinning when left to themselves is this: God "alone" is immutable and cannot be tempted to sin.God has already described the truth about how HE deals with men
There is a church, "only" by the eternal purposes of God in his election of pure grace, and apart from that blessed truth, there would have been no souls saved from sin and condemnation, no, not one.and God's Church was alive and well for years before Jesus explained to Paul why he was kicking against the pricks.
1st Peter 1:2
“Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.”It is not hard to understand such scripture as this one, though wicked minds who hate the doctrine of pure grace seek to overthrow its blessed truth.

Psalms 14:2,3 (See also Psalms 53; Romans 3:9-18; etc.)
“The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.”Only by His grace alone, not owing to any work done by man apart from God's grace.God's Church was alive and well for years
Bold emphasis are mine for discussion.My issue with this world's religious system is their practice of taking a few sentences from Paul, separating them from all of Jesus' Words, all of Paul's other words, all of the Law and Prophets, and then twisting them to promote a religious philosophy in which God Words are not to be believed.

Your pitiful logical fallacy used is all you folks have to try to convince others that you are defending the truth. This has nothing to do with Calvinism, or Arminianism, but what saith the word of God. Both have their errors, but one has much less than the other, which is easily proven, but I rather stay with thus saith the word of God.Paul does not support Calvinism, unless a man engages in the above described practice.
Only those born of God have the power to hear, believe, and live what the holy scriptures teaches, and that is to whom this word is sent to, and to no others! You take the scriptures and think that the scriptures are written for all sinners in south and west side of Chicago! Most of which will die in their sins and never give God one serious thought for hardly one second of their lifetime.So when God tells you;
Duet. 30: 15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;
16 In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
17 But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them;
18 I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.
19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore "choose" life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
20 That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.
Acts 2:39
“For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.”Studyman, that's what folks like you teach, it is you that tell men that they are not really dead spiritual speaking and that sinners can on their own free will do can do spiritual acts pleasing to God, when the scriptures clearly said that you are a liar.You are taught by "Many" who call Jesus Lord, Lord, that God is lying to you. That you have no choice, and they cherry pick and twist Paul's words, to convince as many as possible that God lied to us. Just as the preacher in Eve's world convinced her. " Ye shall not surely die:
Romans 8:7
“Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.”That's the testimony of the Spirit of God, that men like you reject and hate concerning men still in the flesh, or men not yet born of God.
