Understanding the things of God comes from the Spirit.
Without faith it is impossible to please God.
No one calls Christ Lord but by the Spirit.
"No one is good but God alone."
Paul says "nothing good dwells in me"

"Flesh gives birth to flesh and Spirit gives birth to Spirit"

Well He was localized while walking this earth sending out His Apostles in His place. So He found and sought out the lost for 3 1/2 years as a man walking this earth. Everyone whom He came into contact with had a chance to be saved. And as we read in John 6:66-67 below :
From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him. You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve.

@Presby02 In a monthly tournament I play once a month with some old highschool friends there are usually 30-40 that play I tied for 1st place in the net score and closest to the pin on a par 3. Missed another one by 11 inches.
And I started playing pickleball- I use to be a really good table tennis player at a high leverl and likes tennis too. This is right in the middle of both of those sports. I started last Sunday and played 7 days in a row ( great exercise, I'm out of shape lol ).

That has nothing to do with who He was sent to save. In Matthew 1 we know who He is seeking. His people which He actually saves.

Its really fun and I'm out of shape lol. The hard thing for me was getting use to playing doubles. I was a singles player in both table tennis and tennis but tis sport is primarily a double game. Once I get into shape I will seek out some singles matches and maybe try some tournament play. I find my table tennis and tennis strokes transfer into pickleball and so does my spin game. I use to have some nasty spin with both forehand/backhand. And players that are better than me in pickleball are having trouble with that spin. But I'm hooked, line and sinker taking the bait. Its fun. I'm already buying a spinnier paddle lol.
