What does the N.T. declare ?
1 Tim 2:11-15
11 A
woman must quietly receive instruction with entire submissiveness. 12
But I do not allow a woman to teach or exercise authority over a man, but to remain quiet. 13 For it was Adam who was first created, and then Eve. 14 And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression. 15
But women will be preserved through the bearing of children if they continue in faith and love and sanctity with self-restraint.

1 Tim 3:1-7
It is a trustworthy statement:
if any man aspires to the office of overseer, it is a fine work he desires to do. 2
An overseer, then, must be above reproach,
the husband of one wife, temperate, prudent, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, 3 not addicted to wine or pugnacious, but gentle, peaceable, free from the love of money. 4
He must be one who manages
his own household well, keeping
his children under control with all dignity 5 (but if
a man does not know how to manage
his own household, how will
he take care of the church of God?), 6 and not a new convert, so that
he will not become conceited and fall into the condemnation incurred by the devil. 7 And
he must have a good reputation with those outside the church, so that
he will not fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
Titus 1:5-9
5 The reason I left you in Crete was that you might straighten out what was left unfinished and
appoint elders in every town, as I directed you. 6 An elder must be blameless,
the husband of but one wife,
a man whose children believe and are not open to the charge of being wild and disobedient. 7 Since an overseer is entrusted with God's work,
he must be blameless — not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain. 8 Rather
he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined. 9
He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that
he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it.

the elders who rule well be considered worthy of double honor, especially those who work hard at preaching and teaching.
18 For the Scripture says, "You shall not muzzle the ox while he is threshing," and "The laborer is worthy of his wages."
19 Do not receive an accusation against an elder except on the basis of two or three witnesses.
1 Peter 3:1-6

Therefore, I exhort
the elders among you, as
your fellow elder and witness of the sufferings of Christ, and a partaker also of the glory that is to be revealed,
2 shepherd the flock of God among you, exercising oversight not under compulsion, but voluntarily, according to
the will of God; and not for sordid gain, but with eagerness;
3 nor yet as lording it over those allotted to your charge, but proving to be examples to the flock.
4 And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory.
5 You younger men, likewise, be subject to your elders; and all of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, for God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble
James 5:14-15
Is any one of you sick? He should call
the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord.
15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up.
conclusion: God created man/woman to represent God in those roles. There are roles within the Tri-Unity of God with submission of the Son with the Father and the Holy Spirit with the Son and the Father. God has designed both in the physical family and the spiritual family of God the differences in those roles. Men are the leaders in both. Those who disagree or take issue with that need to take that up with God since He designed the family and the church to operate this way.
