Thats speaking against Christ, see the Christ of scripture, all for whom He died, His Sheep, He obtained for them eternal redemption Heb 9:12

Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

That redemption means they have been delivered from the penalty of their sins by His Blood. Thats Salvation

That redemption [Heb 9:12] means they have been delivered from the penalty of their sins by His Blood. Thats Salvation. They are and shall be delivered from death, because death is the penalty of sin. Ezk 18:4

Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

Rom 6:23

23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Now Christs redeeming blood reverses the penalty of death, and the redeemed are owed life through Jesus Christ. 1 Jn 4:9

Yep those who believe the gospel have all the benefits of the atonement , the forgiveness of their sins and those who reject the gospel stand on their own merits and remain condemned in their sins. Jesus spells that out in John 3:16-18.
