The Parable of the Sower

Matthew 13:3–9
Jesus used this parable to explain to his followers and the disciples how there are different responses to the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The next parable, Matt 13:24-30 and the explanation of this parable verses 36-39 tells us first why Christ's people and the devil's people must live together here on earth, verses 27-30, and then, verses 36-39, how we came to live here...

I mention this aside because these parables are often confused together by the need to deny that the good seeds and the weeds are not created here on earth but are sown, moved, into this earth as sinners already.

While seeds are the metaphor in both parables, the seeds in the parable of the sower refer to the gospel but in the parable of the weeds they are most emphatically said to be people, either the sons of the kingdom or the sons of the evil one, verses 36-39. The claim that the good seed and the weeds refer to the gospel as it does in the preceding parable is blatantly false as a perusal of Matt 13:36-39 in an interlinear bible so easily proves...
