Here it is:

27 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore?
28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. Matthew 19:27–28.

All twelve disciples "followed Jesus." Twelve thrones for twelve disciples.
For three years the twelve disciples followed Jesus everywhere in Israel.
When God restores all things there will be twelve thrones and twelve disciples who will sit on each throne and judge the twelve tribes of Israel.

28 Ye are they which have continued with me in my temptations.
29 And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;
30 That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel. Luke 22:28–30.

The twelve disciples who will have a throne in heaven and judge the twelve tribes of Israel are:

12 And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
13 And when it was day, he called unto him his disciples: and of them he chose twelve, whom also he named apostles;
14 Simon, (whom he also named Peter,) and Andrew his brother, James and John, Philip and Bartholomew,
15 Matthew and Thomas, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon called Zelotes,
16 And Judas the brother of James, and Judas Iscariot, which also was the traitor. Luke 6:12–16.

First question: what is the good news of twelve thrones?

Second question: how can Judas Iscariot have a throne having betrayed Jesus and committing suicide without seeking forgiveness or repenting before Jesus or any of the other disciples?

Jesus promised him a throne when God restores all things, and the twelve disciples of Jesus will judge the twelve tribes. Jesus promised the twelve disciples twelve thrones in glory. Are you going to contradict the Lord?

No, just your opinion that Judas Iscariot , whom Peter deemed to be, according to Scripture, “ ‘May his place be deserted;
let there be no one to dwell in it’,
and,“ ‘May another take his place of leadership’” worthy of receiving a throne to judge the tribes of Israel.

Judas didn’t follow Jesus after the resurrection. Only the 11 and either Mathias or Paul are possible candidates.

Peter was completely in the flesh. No Holy Spirit guidance. So, you have Jesus praying all night to the Father, when it is day Jesus calls His disciples to Himself and from these, He chooses twelve and names them apostles. Not eleven apostles and one devil-apostle. Not eleven apostles and one false apostle. No, Jesus names them all (twelve) His apostles. So, why do you want to contradict Jesus? Are you going to say Jesus is wrong to name Judas an apostle in the same capacity as the other eleven?

Jesus promised the twelve disciples each a throne, and they will judge the twelve tribes of Israel. Jesus promised them each a throne. And each throne will be in Jesus' Presence. That where He is they will be also. Are you really going to contradict Jesus?

Oh, so you're going to add other qualification and requirements to what Jesus says plainly. Jesus doesn't say "after the resurrection." You just love adding to the Bible. Here, again:

27 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore?

Jesus was speaking to His twelve disciples. How can you add Saul or Matthias? Jesus wasn't speaking to Saul - who wasn't even a Christian yet, or Matthias who was not among the twelve disciples Jesus made this promise to.

Judas followed Jesus for three years. Judas, Peter, James, John, they all followed Jesus for three years. Jesus promised the twelve - including Judas - a throne on upon this throne they will judge the twelve tribes of Israel.

This means that Judas and the other eleven disciples are in heaven with Jesus.

There is nothing in scripture that even hints at salvation of judas. Jesus said it would of been better for him to never have been born and called him the very son of perdition- a name for the antichrist. So there is no way he would be included as one of the 12 who will be judging the tribes.

Don't forget that saints will judge the world and angels.

1 Corinthians 6:2-4 -Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? If the world is judged by you, are you not competent to constitute the smallest law courts? 3 Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more matters of this life? 4 So if you have law courts dealing with matters of this life, do you appoint them as judges who are of no account in the church?

Nowhere in scripture does it say that Judas was saved or possessed eternal life. In fact it declares just the opposite. The bible teaches that Judas was the son of perdition from the beginning. Jesus said of Judas it would of been better off for him to not even been born than to betray the Son of Man.

Below is the Biblical picture that is painted which describes judas.

John 6:63-65
The words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life. 64 Yet there are some of you who do not believe." For Jesus had known from the beginning which of them did not believe and who would betray Him. 65 He went on to say, "This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless the Father has enabled him."

John 6:70-71
Then Jesus replied, "Have I not chosen you, the Twelve? Yet one of you is a devil!" 71 (He meant Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, who, though one of the Twelve, was later to betray Him.)

John 12:4-6
But one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, who was later to betray Him, objected, 5 "Why wasn't this perfume sold and the money given to the poor? It was worth a year's wages." 6 He did not say this because he cared about the poor but because he was a thief; as keeper of the money bag, he used to help himself to what was put into it.

John 13:10-11
10 Jesus answered, "A person who has had a bath needs only to wash his feet; his whole body is clean. And you are clean, though not every one of you." 11 For He knew who was going to betray Him, and that was why He said not every one was clean.

John 17:12
12 While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe by that name you gave me. None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled.

The same word is used to describe the very man of sin, the antichrist in:

2 Thessalonians 2:13-
Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction.

Matt 26:23-25

23 Jesus replied, "The one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with me will betray me. 24 The Son of Man will go just as it is written about him. But woe to that man who betrays the Son of Man! It would be better for him if he had not been born."

25 Then Judas, the one who would betray him, said, "Surely not I, Rabbi?"

Jesus answered, "Yes, it is you."

Acts 1:16-19
16 and said, "Brothers, the Scripture had to be fulfilled which the Holy Spirit spoke long ago through the mouth of David concerning Judas, who served as guide for those who arrested Jesus— 17 he was one of our number and shared in this ministry."

18 (With the reward he got for his wickedness, Judas bought a field; there he fell headlong, his body burst open and all his intestines spilled out. 19 Everyone in Jerusalem heard about this, so they called that field in their language Akeldama, that is, Field of Blood.)

Acts 1:24-26
Show us which of these two you have chosen 25 to take over this apostolic ministry, which Judas left to go where he belongs." 26 Then they cast lots, and the lot fell to Matthias; so he was added to the eleven apostles.

Ps 109:4-8
In return for my friendship they accuse me,
but I am a man of prayer.
5 They repay me evil for good,
and hatred for my friendship.

6 Appoint an evil man to oppose him;
let an accuser stand at his right hand.
7 When he is tried, let him be found guilty,
and may his prayers condemn him.
8 May his days be few;
may another take his place of leadership.

hope this helps !!!

Still, before or after, when Jesus returns the twelve disciples of the lamb will be with Jesus and according to Jesus they will judge the twelve tribes of Israel. AND when Jesus does return the twelve disciples - including Judas - will be on horses and return with the King with His armies.

And then he betrayed him and killed himself. Sounds like someone worthy of judging the world! (Not!)

You judge appearance, God looks at the heart. And I bet you don't even know what Judas did that earned him the title of "betrayer."

Not only that, but I also bet your betrayals were worse than what he did.

When one looks at the New Covenant terms in Jeremiah 31:31-34 Israel doesn't have to do anything to be forgiven. This is all God's doing. God initiates it and God fulfills it. It's one-sided.
Remember, Judas was under the Law. And he was a man who was obedient to the Law and to God.
God even honors Judas by placing his name along with the other eleven disciples in the foundation of the wall of New Jerusalem. Throughout eternity!

Isn't that wonderful?

You judge appearance, God looks at the heart.
The actions of a man reveal his heart. “Out of the heart the mouth speaks” and the desires of the heart are reflected by the actions taken.

And I bet you don't even know what Judas did that earned him the title of "betrayer."
He sold his “friend” and master into Roman custody for 30 pieces of silver! He also betrayed the trust of Jesus and the rest of the disciples by stealing from the money given to support Jesus’s ministry; money that he was in charge of maintaining and dispersing.
When one looks at the New Covenant terms in Jeremiah 31:31-34 Israel doesn't have to do anything to be forgiven. This is all God's doing. God initiates it and God fulfills it. It's one-sided.
Jer 31:31“The days are coming,” declares the Lord,“when I will make a new covenant
with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah. 32It will not be like the covenant I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they broke my covenant,
though I was a husband to them, ” declares the Lord.

This section foreshadows the New Testament era; a covenant of faith, not law.

33“This is the covenant I will make with the people of Israel after that time,” declares the Lord. “I will put my law in their minds
and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.

This section is a crossover section: it beings with the New Testament and continues to this day where God instills his truth in those who believe and trust him to do that which he has promised to do.

34No longer will they teach their neighbor,
or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’
because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest,” declares the Lord.

This section is not yet fulfilled, because the gospel is still being preached and taught to our “neighbors” and clearly, not everyone knows God.

Thus, not all of this is yet fulfilled and while God is the only one who can establish a new covenant, it does not mean that he is the only one to act in the process. We still need to believe and trust in Him to do everything he has done and has promised to do in the future.

Judas was dead before the resurrection (possibly before the crucifixion itself) and was known from then on as “the son of perdition”; essentially being called the son of Satan, which disqualifies him from being in heaven, much less sitting on a throne and judging others.
