To be of the Truth is to be saved, thats who hears His voice
You are twisting scripture again. Jesus is speaking to Jews who should have had a relationship with God and therefore would hear the words of God, which are the words he was speaking.
It has nothing to do with saying men must first be saved before they can believe the gospel
