Your concept of Jesus is like micky mouse. When He said He takes away sin, and IN Him there is no sin, He is talking about taking the desire to break any of the laws of God out of our very nature, leaving us with a clean nature that partakes of the divine nature of God. But that is only for those who have actually been born again. That is not something you can claim when you get baptized or something. It is literally being conformed into the image of Christ!!!!!!!!!! It is an experience you cannot deny. One that I didn't have for the first 30 years of my life during which I was baptized three times! But after I was born again, I heard God's voice tell me, "NOW be baptized in water." He hadn't even acknowledged the first three. The Holy Spirit sealed part of the believer does not sin. The earthly, flesh part of the believer does sin.
So the seed remaining in the believer does not sin.
But the ability to fall into sin is still there.
Over.
