101G believe the Bishop team of Aquila and Priscilla with the apostle Paul penned this book/Letter. not just based on the "WE" statement in Chapter 5 verse11. but what really pointed 101G to these above is the very next verses. Hebrews 5:12 "For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat." Hebrews 5:13 "For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe." Hebrews 5:14 "But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil."
these verses is exactly what this husband and wife Bishop team did to the minister Apollos in their correcting him in the Word of God. for after this correction he got the Jews corrected. supportive scripture, Acts 18:24 "And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, and mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus." Acts 18:25 "This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John." Acts 18:26 "And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly." Acts 18:27 "And when he was disposed to pass into Achaia, the brethren wrote, exhorting the disciples to receive him: who, when he was come, helped them much which had believed through grace:" Acts 18:28 "For he mightily convinced the Jews, and that publickly, shewing by the scriptures that Jesus was Christ."
this is the most convincing evident for 101G to go with Aquila and Priscilla and Paul.
also not only did these three spent much time together, for they were tentmakers. and in the book of Roman the APOSTLE SENT THIS BISHOP HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM TO THE CHURCH AT ROME , after the Jews was allowed back in the city.
Even, the person in the video said the persons who wrote this letter KNEW EACH OTHER. in this if correct, (which 101G also believe), the prime candidates are still for 101G is Aquila and Priscilla and Paul. for the apostle Paul sent both of these bishop to Rome with his appointed, now Pastor Phebe, and these two Aquila and Priscilla had a church in their home.

Peter, writing to those of the twelve tribes scattered throughout the diaspora, as The Apostle To The Circumcision (Gal 2:7-8), refers in the verses above to Paul, who though, The Apostle To The Uncircumcision, nevertheless had written unto those of his fellow countrymen who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, instructing them in the things concerning Christ Jesus their Lord: Encouraging them, and strengthening them to go on into Christ, and not to fall away.
Paul, like Peter, on his missionary journeys engaged with His countrymen showing them by the Old Testament Scriptures that Jesus was the Christ the Son of God. His first port of call was the Synagogue in every place that he visited, where he ministered the gospel of Christ. For the repentance of the nation of Israel was the one requirement necessary for the return of the Lord Jesus Christ, during that period covered by the book of Acts (see Acts 3):-
'Repent ye therefore, and be converted,
that your sins may be blotted out,
when the times of refreshing shall come
from the presence of the Lord;
And He shall send Jesus Christ,
which before was preached unto you:
Whom the heaven must receive
until the times of restitution of all things,
which God hath spoken
by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.
For Moses truly said unto the fathers,
A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you
of your brethren, like unto me;
Him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever He shall say unto you.
And it shall come to pass,
that every soul, which will not hear that prophet,
shall be destroyed from among the people.
Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after,
as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.
Ye are the children of the prophets,
and of the covenant which God made with our fathers,
saying unto Abraham,
And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.'
(Act 3:19-25)

You need to view Scripture from a Jewish perspective as it was written by Jews and not with modern western eyes and culture. Because this is ancient Jewish history and not the modern western 21st century geo-political history.
Again, I will ask the question how many people did you introduce to Yeshua/Jesus for salvation? I probably already know the answer
to that question. You also need to remember Gen. 12:3 "I will bless those who bless you, but I will curse anyone who curses you; and by you
all the families of the earth will be blessed."
