God is Love

My love is your portion.

Lamentations 3:24
“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I hope in Him!” NKJV

May hope arise in your heart today as you realize just how big your inheritance is in Me. For I don't just give you a tiny fraction of My heart, I give you My entire being. After all, as a co-heir with My Son, you have full access to everything in My Kingdom.

So be strengthened today My beloved little one. You have an eternal inheritance that will never fade and a secure place in My heart, hid in Christ at My right hand. So don't let the temporal things of this world affect your eternal outlook. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith.

If you have ears to hear what My Spirit is saying, you will know that I am the God of all hope and I want to fill you with ever increasing joy... right here, right now. For from the perspective of heaven, you are more than a conqueror because you are My much loved, little heir.

My love is for the whole world.

John 3:16-17
16 “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. 17 God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him. NLT

My precious child, I want you to know how much love I have for the entire world. It is a love that predates creation and it is a love that will go on forever and ever. And it was My passionate, sacrificial love that sent My beloved Son to a broken world that needed to be saved.

While I am hopeful that all will call Me Father, My love is not conditional on being loved back. I love because I love because I am love. That is why I love those who would consider themselves My enemy with the same love I have for My Son, Jesus. For it is the nature of My heart to love with only one level of intensity... Completely and wholeheartedly.

When you begin to grasp the immeasurable depths of the unconditional love I have for you, you will see My heart for others in a whole new way. If you would dare to believe I love you as much as I love My Son Jesus, you will begin to realize that I love the whole world with that same love too.

My love will keep you forever.

Revelation 21:1-4
1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared. And the sea was also gone. 2 And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3 I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, “Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them. 4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.” NLT

I know there are many heartaches and tears this side of heaven. I understand why the difficulties you face can make you feel separated from My love. But the truth is, that even in your darkest moment, I am closer to you than you could possibly imagine.

I understand how the brokenness of this world devastates your heart, because you were not created for such sin and hardship. I created you to live in a perfect garden where there would be no sorrow, no death and no pain.

So take heart My precious child, for one day all things will ultimately be restored to My original intent and My love will keep you forever. Even when you can't see it here and now, be comforted in knowing that this is My promise to you. I am carrying you today and I will continue to hold you close to My heart throughout eternity.

My love is new every morning.

Lamentations 3:22-23
22 The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. 23 Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. NLT


When you wake up every morning, be encouraged in knowing there is a fresh outpouring of My eternal affection waiting for you. No matter what you face in the day, My gracious love will be sufficient to carry you and sustain you.

For My love is never stale or old. It is brand new each and every day because I have so much love in My heart to give. For when I look at you, I see you through the lens of My beloved Son, Jesus. And I love you with the very same love that I love Him with.

I want to replace any fear that you have for the upcoming day with a brand new sense of anticipation and joy. For if you would know how much joy your life brings to Me, you would begin to overflow with that same joy yourself. Heaven's reality is that I am so delighted with your life, that I burst into singing even at the very thought of you.

So be encouraged today My precious child. When you first open your eyes in the morning, know that I am there to greet you with a fresh kiss of My kindness. And I will equip you with all the resources of heaven to help you thrive in each new day.

No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. NLT

There is absolutely nothing in all creation that can separate you from My love in Christ today. Though many things will try to put a wedge between you and Me, nothing can. After all, if I am for you, then nothing can stand against you.

If you are able see from an eternal perspective, you will be comforted in knowing that even death has lost its sting and your victory has already been won. So don't let the hardships that come your way in this broken world define you.

You are more than a conqueror through My love in Christ no matter what comes your way. So keep your eyes fixed on the things unseen today My child. For your inheritance is secure and your royal position as My beloved child has been sealed by My Spirit for all eternity.

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever. NLT


I want you to focus on My faithfulness today My child, not on your faith. For your faith can sometimes waver when challenges come your way. But My faithful love endures forever and never changes.

I want you to know that even when you feel faithless, I will remain ever faithful to you because I cannot deny Who I am. I am your Father for all eternity and My steadfast love will keep you safe even in the times when you have many doubts.

So keep your eyes firmly fixed in the heavenly realms of My love in this new day. I promise to never leave you or forsake you, no matter what comes your way. This is an eternal reality that you can know and trust in to help you through this day.

My love reconciled you.

2 Corinthians 5:18-19
18 And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him. 19 For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation. NLT

When My beloved Son died on a cross, I was with Him, reconciling the world to Myself. There is no longer any separation that can keep you from My love because of the sacrifice that Jesus made on your behalf.

When I look at you, I do not see your sin, for My love keeps no record of wrongs. When I look at you, I see a reflection of My own image, one who is holy and blameless in My sight. For you and I have been joined together for all eternity.

I want you to know this at a deeper level today than you have ever known it before. For when you see yourself as completely reconciled to My heart, you will share this message of My love everywhere you go.

My everlasting love for you has no beginning and it will have no end. You have always been wanted. You have always been chosen. Even before the creation of the world, I carried you in My heart and looked forward to the day, when you would call Me Father.

And it is the eternal flow of My goodness that is flooding your heart in this very moment My dear child. I want you to awaken to this reality today, so My love can heal every wound inflicted by the fatherless world that you live in.

Whether your earthly parents planned you or not, I want you to know at the core of your being that from eternity, I chose you. I wanted you. I brought you into My family through the finished work of My beloved Son. So live today as one who is dearly loved, valued and eternally chosen.

10 When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father’s commandments and remain in his love. 11 I have told you these things so that you will be filled with my joy. Yes, your joy will overflow! NLT

I want you to know how joyful I am over your life. For you are My treasured possession and the object of My eternal affection. It was this joy that was set before My Son Jesus, that gave Him the strength to endure the cross and despise its shame. This is the joy of bringing many sons and daughters to My glory.

When you remain in My love, you connect with this eternal spring of delight that flows from the life of My Son. When you live in the life flow of My Son Jesus, His joy becomes your joy. And the fruitfulness of joy begins to overflow in you, just as it overflows within Us.

So rejoice today My child! You are dearly loved and celebrated in the courts of heaven. Believe it, receive it and choose to live in this eternal reality, right here and right now. And as you do, you will find an inexpressible joy rising up within you that will defy even the most difficult of circumstances.

When you focus on My goodness, thankfulness will well up within you. When you choose to gaze upon My kindness, joy will overflow out of your inner being. When you meditate upon My faithfulness, your heart will be set at rest. For My love for you is unwavering and it has no end.

If you keep your eyes firmly fixed on the things that are eternal, nothing will be able to take away your peace or steal your joy. For the things that are unseen are more real and lasting than the temporal things which are seen.

So rejoice My child in the everlasting love I have for you in this very moment. For I am good and My faithful love for you will endure forever.

I know you live in a world where love is conditional and dependent upon your performance. I know how fickle the approval of popular opinion can be, and how damaging its disapproval can be to your heart. I understand how devastated you feel when you experience rejection but hoped for acceptance.

I want you to know the broken ways that the world loves is not the way that I love. My love for you is wholehearted and unchanging. It is rooted and grounded in My eternal affection for you and just like My Son, it is the same yesterday, today and forever.

So take heart My child and rest in the assurance of My steadfast love for you. You can know My love. You can trust My love. And you can rely on My love today and throughout all eternity.

My love is persistent.

1 Corinthians 13:7
Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. NLT

My dear child, I want you to know just how committed My heart is to you. My love is as constant and persistent as the crashing waves on the seashore. Just as the beach is powerless to stop the never ending pursuit of the ocean, I will never stop loving you.

In times of struggle, you might not feel the strength to go on, but My love will never give up. At times, you may even feel faithless, but be encouraged My little heir, I will remain ever faithful to you. Even when you feel your hopes are dashed, be comforted in knowing that I am always hopeful and My love will endure forever.

For at the end of the day, it is not about your ability to be lovable, but about My great love. So just surrender to love's pursuit and let Me sustain you through whatever comes your way today.

But the Lord is faithful; he will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one. NLT

I don't want you to rely on your own strength today My little one. For your strength is limited to your own natural resources and your own endurance. And I don't want you to be afraid of being weak either. For your weakness is the doorway to My Son's unlimited strength.

This is simply how My Kingdom works... The weaker you feel, the stronger you actually are, because My grace is made perfect in your weakness. When you no longer have to rely on your own strength to navigate life, you will realize that I have empowered all the resources of heaven, to give you grace and help you in your time of need.

So don't be afraid of anything that may oppose you today My child. For I am your faithful Father and I will protect you from the evil one. All you need to do is be still, and I will do the fighting for you.

My love multiplies in you.

2 Peter 1:2
Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, NKJV

My dear child, I want to give you an abundant supply of all My goodness today in increasing measure. For the grace and peace I have in store for you has no limits and no end. For I am a God of abundance and I love to give good gifts to My children.

If you would just be willing to open your heart to receive in this very moment, I will do the rest. My love and grace and peace will overflow through you by My own Spirit. But remember dear one, receiving is as simple as breathing.

It does not require any of your self effort, only a simple childlike faith to believe that I am your Father and I am the giver of every good and perfect gift. So just yield to the ever increasing expanse of My fruitfulness today that is being poured out by My own Spirit, and let My grace and peace be multiplied in you.

“As I began to speak,” Peter continued, “the Holy Spirit fell on them, just as he fell on us at the beginning. NLT

My little one, I want to remind you today that you live under the waterfall of My love and My blessing. For every moment of every day, My love is being poured out into your heart by My own Spirit who lives in you. And it is My desire that you would be aware of the eternal flow of My acceptance that is yours in Christ, right here and right now.

I understand there are times when you may feel unloved and unworthy. I know this is part of the human condition that surrounds you. But I want to encourage you My beloved heir, in those moments when you are struggling, remember that I have given you My own Spirit as a deposit to guarantee your inheritance.

He is the One, who continually bears witness with your spirit that you are My child and a joint heir with Jesus. So just open up your heart right now, and receive a fresh infilling of My love that comes through the outpouring of My Spirit.

My love saved you.

2 Timothy 1:9
For God saved us and called us to live a holy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but because that was his plan from before the beginning of time—to show us his grace through Christ Jesus. NLT

From the beginning of time, I chose to you be part of My royal family. For My beloved Son, fully demonstrated My grace by becoming the Savior of the world. I called you by name before the foundations of the earth and I have saved you completely and wholly. There is nothing more that needs to be done to secure your eternal salvation, My dear child.

So I want you to rest in My love and My power to save you today. For there is nothing that you could ever do to make Me love you any more than I do right now. And there is nothing you could ever do to make Me love you any less than I do right now.

You are safe My beloved, and secure in My everlasting arms. Not because you have done anything to earn or deserve it, but simply because I am your Father, and I love you with a love that will last forever.

The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed. NLT

I am closer to you right now than you could possibly imagine. And I want to assure you My precious child, that any feelings you have of separation are just an illusion. For the bedrock truth of My Kingdom is that nothing in all creation can ever separate you from My love in Christ.

So if you are feeling alone today, be comforted in knowing that I am carrying you in this very moment. If you are feeling like your heart is broken into pieces, be assured that I am holding you close to My heart even now. And if your spirit is crushed, be strengthened in My promise to rescue and save you.

For you are never alone dear one. You have been sealed by My Spirit and welcomed into the eternal union of My Son, who is in eternal union with Me. In this holy place of fellowship with Us, you will know how dearly loved you are in this very moment.

Ephesians 3:17
Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep inside you, and the resting place of his love will become the very source and root of your life.

My love is always bearing fruit in your life dear child. And the fruitfulness of this love will cause all the attributes of My own Spirit to begin to blossom in your life. For the more you know you are loved, the more peace you will have.

The more you believe you are who I say you are, the more that joy will overflow in your life. The more you cease from your own works, the more that patience will lead you to wait upon Me. The more you can believe that you really are My beloved heir, the more the roots of your heart will go deeper and deeper into the soil of My love.

So be encouraged today dear one. The life of My Son has been released deep inside of you and it will bear more fruit than you could possibly hope for, both today and throughout eternity.

Titus 3:4-6
4 But— When God our Savior revealed his kindness and love, 5 he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit. 6 He generously poured out the Spirit upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior.

My dearly beloved child, I want you to know more about My infinite kindness today than ever before. For it is My eternal goodness that continually causes you to change the way you think about Me. The more you see Me through the lens of perfect love, the more you will see yourself as one who is dearly loved by your God and your Father.

This transformation process will continue to lead you into greater depths of knowing Me at a heart level. For it is My passionate desire for you to commune with Me more deeply today than ever before. And as you experience Me loving you in this very moment, you will become awakened to My abiding presence that surrounds you this day.

For every one of the hairs on your head are numbered. Every sunrise is a token of My affection for you. And every bird you see, is a reminder of My faithful provision for the world that I have made. So open your heart today My little one, and experience My kindness in new and exciting ways.

My love is practical.

Matthew 10:29-31
29 What is the price of two sparrows—one copper coin? But not a single sparrow can fall to the ground without your Father knowing it. 30 And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. 31 So don’t be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows. NLT

You may think that I am only interested in the spiritual things in your life dear child. But be encouraged little one, that I am a Father to you in every area of your life. I know what you need before you even ask for it, and I have even taken the time to number every one of the hairs on your head.

So I don't want you to be afraid of anything that comes your way today. For if I care about a single sparrow falling to the ground, how much more will I look after you? For you are much more valuable to Me than you could possibly imagine.

When you begin to grasp your infinite worth to Me by the help of My Spirit, your anxious heart will be finally set at rest. For in that moment, you will know that I am your true Father and I promise to meet all your needs.
