Is predestination a process? How do you arrive at that conclusion? If predestination is not a process, then neither is adoption.

Good question. By definition, Predestination is our Adoption, Inheritance, and Conformity to the Image of God, which are all on-going processes. And that makes Predestination an on-going process also. So if Predestination is an on-going process then so is our Salvation, which is true also.
