I use to go to uhhh ChristianChat. I wont lie it was fun cause you could even use your phone to get in without the internet through the app you could download.
Lol, loved the people but sometimes it sucked... lol especially if someone gets heated and mad and upset.

I can have the room active at 6pm PST. I've not thought whom to invite. It is just to give it a test ride.
The link is https://meet.jit.si/mike_tweb. I have not had consistent use for this. If too many people try it, I may have to add a lobby to admit people to the chat. But there probably is not that problem yet.

other people can check into setting up meeting rooms with jitsi. Zoom may be available for small user counts too. I have not checked zoom.
I see how few people are even named as hanging out at this forum right now.

The internet was new when I was in my mid forties, never had a email account until I was 54, and truly never use the computer until around that time, even phones were new back in the early nineties and the one I had at first I had a bag for it in my truck. Everything was done with a pager before then. Then I got big time and got a flip phone! Now most all of my 19 grandchildren have the latest version of the iPhone, or close to it, and they know so much more than I do as to how to navigate through it, of course too many of them sleep with their phone which is not a good thing.
I would, but this week is not a good week, for me since we are leaving to head to Atlanta to be with one of my daughter's for Thanksgiving. Be back sometime Saturday, the Lord willing, and that would give me time to see how this works since I have never done this before, but I learn fast, not as fast as I use to......age does have its limits in this area.
