All Choices Have Consequences - God can and will cut you back if you are Child of His.

I don’t even have thoughts concerning sins anymore… I just know what’s good and bad for me personally.

“All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.” — 1 Corinthians 6:12
“Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind.” — Romans 14:5
“Blessed is the one who does not condemn himself by what he approves.” — Romans 14:22

God knows my heart. I know when I’m mean or hateful to people.
“The Lord searches all hearts and understands every intent of the thoughts.” — 1 Chronicles 28:9
“Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you… and be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.” — Ephesians 4:31–32
“Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.” — Matthew 12:34

We all fall short. I can talk to God about my issues.
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” — Romans 3:23
“Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” — Hebrews 4:16
“Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you.” — Psalm 55:22

He already forgave me. There’s no reason to keep trying to ‘change my behavior.’
“In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.” — Ephesians 1:7
“For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.” — Hebrews 10:14
“It is finished.” — John 19:30

Changing your behavior doesn’t get you anywhere with God… because God loves the person who struggles with pedophilia, or with murderous thoughts, or with drugs or whatever.
“While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” — Romans 5:8
“The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit.” — Psalm 34:18
“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear.” — 1 John 4:18
“God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” — Romans 5:8

Jesus paid for your sins… it’s over.
“He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” — 2 Corinthians 5:21
“As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.” — Psalm 103:12
“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.” — Romans 8:1

All choices have consequences. Whether postive or negative. God himself can cut you back.
Because pruning hurts. And we’ve been trained to flinch at anything that doesn’t feel like favor.
But “God forbid”—literally—that He would do something that wounds us…
even if it’s the kind of wound that heals.

“For the Lord disciplines the one He loves, and chastises every son whom He receives.”
Hebrews 12:6

Pulled back in your flesh…
like Yeshua’s back, scourged raw by Roman whips.
You say you want to share in His glory?
Then don’t skip the fellowship of His suffering.

“That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and may share His sufferings, becoming like Him in His death…”
Philippians 3:10

What does that mean?
It means the Gardener has shears.
And He’s not afraid to use them.

“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away,
and every branch that does bear fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.”
John 15:1–2

So if you’re bleeding, beloved—
it might not be punishment.
It might be preparation.
It might be the blade of Yahavah,
cutting you back to make room
for the fruit of the Spirit of the resurrected Lord Yeshua
to burst through your broken places.
