Jesus did. he sacrificed himself for all men

Scripture cannot be broken, added to, changed, or subtracted from.

To teach Jesus died for "all men" violates the truth of the sacrificial system God ordained for the children of Israel and the sacrifices were made for their sins and iniquities.
NOT "for all men."
There is no "all men" when the high priest sprinkled the children of Israel with the blood of the lamb.
