7 Reasons the church does not go through the great tribulation

e v e,

You're projecting unto me what you're actually guilty of doing, hun. It's called gaslighting "aka" psychological manipulation.
I kindly ask you to please stop. In another thread, you denied God, & the Gospel.

It sounded like you were mixing Eastern Religion concepts w/ Christianity.

You were denying the core fundamentals of Christian belief:
All Claims of The Son's Deity | Page 88

You posted things like:

The gospel is a corrupt copy esau wrote. the kjv is a sorcery text.

anything saying He created us as creatures is esau's lie.

The trinity is God, our mother, Christ God s son and representative of all of us, God's sons and daughters...

all the other versions are of the evil realm.

The three are He, our mother and Christ

I would say that electricity is definitely one aspect by which to refer to our Eden mother the Holy Spirit.... who is our Comforter, together with Christ.

all the girls are in His spirits image.

etc., etc.

So if the KJV is sorcery text, other versions are of the evil realm, & the Gospel is a corrupt copy Esau wrote...
this is in contrast to Christianity. Someone has to believe the Gospel in order to be saved.
please if you insist on accusing me of an error, read, carefully and in depth, what i posted regarding the aristeas letter (several posts)

at such time we could discuss logically.

@Grace ambassador
Precious friend, I have waited for many years for a kind and humble discussion
about this Very thing, as I have my own personal [ 17-part ] study done over a period of
18 months I took off from the crazy u-tube accusations of heretic, lie from the pits of hell,
etc., and these continue on all the forums I have been on.

Start a new thread? If @civic "turns you down" of course 😇
I'm going to do so very soon, sometime today it should be coming.

@Grace ambassador whether or not we agree is yet to see seen, but I will say this, that your spirit is one of the most gracious that I have seen on Christian chat rooms like this one. So much appreciated I'm sure by all, and very refreshing, so much Christ like for sure, that we all should emulate.

@FreeInChrist @Red Baker

I'm probably in between what's considered young, & old... depending on what one defines as old.
To me, old is when someone can no longer care for themselves.

Then there's people who are playful. My mother used to call my late husband, & myself, children 😂
Never a day went by where we weren't smiling, &/or laughing... mom included 🥲
Goodmorning, @Victoria.

I am 78 and my mind thinks 30 years younger... but the flesh I am in is about 105 :ROFLMAO:

I ofyten ccall Red a kid because, after all... he IS 1 year younger then me. icon_atomrofl.gif

Precious friend, appreciate the kind words. So, how is this going to work?:
Your 'seven' points here?: The "secret" Rapture theory

@Administrator will have to monitor to keep this organized as
our personal "one-to-one" discussion?

My 17 points here?: God's Great Grace Departure No Longer a 'secret' rapture

Maybe @FreeInChrist 's suggestion to have a "third" site for all critics' comments where you and I
will never intervene there, avoiding the craziness of the earlier "Trinity debate" where the "debaters"
were commenting Everywhere?

Should be Great, eh?

Be Blessed!

Feel free to do what you like, just keep it cordial. "Politely pleasant and friendly."

Just one comment to no one in particular.....

Just sayin it needs to be considered for there is more then on preterist in these threads.

The belief that the secret rapture occurred in 70 A.D. is associated with preterism, which interprets certain biblical passages as indicating that Jesus' second coming happened during the lifetime of those who were alive at that time. However, many theologians argue that the second coming is still a future event, as indicated by passages like Matthew 24:14, which suggests the gospel must be preached to the whole world first.

The belief that the secret rapture occurred in 70 A.D. is primarily held by preterists, who interpret certain biblical passages as evidence. However, many scholars and theologians argue that these passages indicate that the second coming, including the rapture, is still a future event.

I'm 48. I'd love to hang out w/ older Christians for their wisdom

He? She? HE??? But you're both really women? 😂
Something tells me you both will probably have a lot of fun w/ me on this!

Reminds me of my hubby again. There's typo's... then there's Lipo's (verbal form of typo's)!
If we'd catch each other making a Lipo, we'd never let the other hear the end of it.
I miss that SO much!!!

I wasn't quite accurate on who made that quote, I apologize. It's actually Tacitus, not Eusebius! Also, Flavius Josephus was the son of a priest who cried "Crucify Him!", & "Let His blood be on us, & our children." It's a video by a Christian challenging those who hold the Satan's Little Season Partial Preterist view. He's not a Dispensationalist, so it's not biased coming from me 😂

I'll start w/ Josephus, then Tacitus will follow...

Josephus (A.D. 75) - Jewish Historian:

"Besides these [signs], a few days after that feast, one the one-and-twentieth day of the month Artemisius, [Jyar], a certain prodigious and incredible phenomenon appeared; I suppose the account of it would seem to be a fable, were it not related by those that saw it, and were not the events that followed it of so considerable a nature as to deserve such signals; for, before sun-setting, chariots and troops of soldiers in their armour were seen running about among the clouds, and surrounding of cities. Moreover, at that feast which we call Pentecost, as the priests were going by night into the inner [court of the] temple, as their custom was, to perform their sacred ministrations, they said that, in the first place, they felt a quaking, and heard a great noise, and after that they heard a sound as of a great multitude, saying "Let us remove hence." (Jewish Wars, VI-V-3)

Tacitus (A.D. 115) Roman Historian:
"13. Prodigies had occurred, but their expiation by the offering of victims solemn vows is held to be unlawful by a nation which is the slave of a superstition and the enemy of true beliefs. In the sky appeared a vision of armies in conflict, of glittering armour. A sudden lightning flash from the clouds lit up the Temple. The doors of the holy place abruptly opened, a superhuman voice was heard to declare that the gods were leaving it, and in the same instant came the rushing tumult of their departure. Few people placed a sinister interpretation upon this. The majority were convinced that the ancient scriptures of their priests alluded to the present as the very time when the Orient would triumph and from Judaea would go forth men destined to rule the world." (Histories, Book 5, v. 13)

Red is a she ?
Well, my wife is a beautiful woman, so, that makes me a man. We do not believe in "she/he" or he/she"~ We believe in one man and one wife, male and female. Victoria is teaming you with @FreeInChrist to have a little fun...it's all good

I miss that SO much!!!
Dear sister, so sorry for your loss of your husband so early in life, Sherry (my wife) and I have been together since she was 15, and got married when she was 17, that was many moons ago, she turns 74 tomorrow. I'll tell her happy birthday today so I will not forget. :) We very seldom have had any unkind words toward each other.

Small correction,

I am a she, Red is very, very, very definitely a he. Read him long enough and you will see that ;)

And Red is so likely to say I have no wisdom..... I keep it a secret from him.

I would not quite go that far....... :)........... I do believe you are a very intelligent person.

That's not nice keeping secrets. Is the secret you are finally being converted by me? It's about time.
hilarious.gificon_atomrofl.gif You know girls have secrets... It is our prerogative.... And girls are wiser then you will ever know.
Just ask Sherry.... she knows.

No.... He is a southern gentleman.... well, at least he is Southern. He has trouble with me being a Yankee. He will deny that but it is either that or that I am not a man.... could be that also..... either way..... it make for interesting dialogue, often times.

Ha Ha, you are so funny!

I have no problem with you being a woman after all I have three daughters whom I love and eight granddaughters, so there. I get a lot of kisses, and love it. I truly believe women are the greatest gift God gave to man, I would not want to live without them.

Now, being a Yankee, you truly are not a true Yankee, a true Yankee is a swamp Yankee! Unless you can trace your beginning to those who first came over and settled there you are just a wanna be Yankee. That came to me for a person who lives there and said to me that his family first settled there back long before America became a nation and he told he's a true Yankee, and took a lot pride in being one. Actually, my son in law is a true Yankee and has a place named after his family in Boston called Copp Hill.

Look it up. Chris Copp is married to my second daughter. His family own the land (100 acres) where the 1939 world's fair was held and where the NY Giants football stadiums is, that they (Copp family) rented to the city of NY for 100 hundred and then it is suppose to come back to the family's heirs. Which my (3) grandson are the heirs, we shall see how that goes. Chris' father was the one that told me that, and told me make sure the grandsons know. Mr. Copp is still living but is not in good health he's in his mid nineties.

Your youngest son is a May baby too? Makes me now wonder which is older/younger 😂

Thank you for the condolences, brother 🥲 Wow, God bless you both! Were you high school sweethearts?
And give Sherry a happy belated birthday for me!!!

Same here... was very seldom. Mark (my late hubby) & I even made a pact to never go to bed upset w/ each other.

Were you high school sweethearts?
Yes~They moved from Montana to Winston-Salem and I told her step-father who was/and still is an atheist, that God used him to bring my wife to me, and he said that he did not believe that, and I said back...I have the evidence that he did! His job transferred him from Montana to N.C.

Same here, and the first thing she give to me every single morning is a beautiful smile! Again, so sorry for your great loss, at such a young age.

The only trouble with every morning the beautiful smile coming, it is almost turning into a mid morning smile! But, what I can say, when I leave her so early after supper! I'll take the mid morning smile for a trade off. :)
