Yes, Calvinists—free will IS in the Bible.

Moral ability is an individual's innate or developed capacity to understand right from wrong and to act ethically, often involving the application of principles of goodness and fairness to guide one's decisions and behaviors in life and social interactions.

innate means natural, inborn. :)

so natural and moral are synonyms. :)

Easy wasn’t it :)

hope this helps !!!
Bottomline, Calvinism says it cannot be done, while God states it may be done.

And they have the God who states they may do it determining they cannot

First problem is your theology claims man has no moral ability.

Second problem God says they may do it

Deuteronomy 30:11–20 (LEB) — 11 “For this commandment that I am commanding you today is not too wonderful for you, and it is not too far from you. 12 It is not in the heavens so that you might say, ‘Who will go up for us to the heavens and get it for us and cause us to hear it, so that we may do it?’ 13 And it is not beyond the sea, so that you might say, ‘Who will cross for us to the other side of the sea and take it for us and cause us to hear it, so that we may do it?’ 14 But the word is very near you, even in your mouth and in your heart, so that you may do it. 15 “See, I am setting before you today life and prosperity and death and disaster; 16 what I am commanding you today is to love Yahweh your God by going in his ways and by keeping his commandments and his statutes and his regulations, and then you will live, and you will become numerous, and Yahweh your God will bless you in the land where you are going. 17 However, if your heart turns aside and you do not listen and you are lured away and you bow down to other gods and you serve them, 18 I declare to you today that you will certainly perish; you will not extend your time on the land that you are crossing the Jordan to go there to take possession of it. 19 I invoke as a witness against you today the heaven and the earth: life and death I have set before you, blessing and curse. So choose life, so that you may live, you and your offspring, 20 by loving Yahweh your God by listening to his voice and by clinging to him, for he is your life and the length of your days in order for you to live on the land that Yahweh swore to your ancestors, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give to them.”

Deuteronomy 30:11–19 (NASB95) — 11 “For this commandment which I command you today is not too difficult for you, nor is it out of reach. 12 “It is not in heaven, that you should say, ‘Who will go up to heaven for us to get it for us and make us hear it, that we may observe it?’ 13 “Nor is it beyond the sea, that you should say, ‘Who will cross the sea for us to get it for us and make us hear it, that we may observe it?’ 14 “But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may observe it. 15 “See, I have set before you today life and prosperity, and death and adversity; 16 in that I command you today to love the LORD your God, to walk in His ways and to keep His commandments and His statutes and His judgments, that you may live and multiply, and that the LORD your God may bless you in the land where you are entering to possess it. 17 “But if your heart turns away and you will not obey, but are drawn away and worship other gods and serve them, 18 I declare to you today that you shall surely perish. You will not prolong your days in the land where you are crossing the Jordan to enter and possess it. 19 “I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants,

Well, contrary to your beliefs, God stated they may do it while your theology holds they may not do it as per your doctrine of total inability.

Thus, it is clearly not biblically consistent.
Never said you had no moral ability.

Are humans born morally able at any time in their life to believe and worship God?
Irrelevant since no one does, NOT A SINGLE ONE!

Romans 3:10-12 [NLT]
As the Scriptures say,
"No one is righteous--
not even one.
No one is truly wise;
no one is seeking God.
All have turned away;
all have become useless.
No one does good,
not a single one."

When it comes to finding acceptance with God, all that is evil works. All mans natural righteousness's finding favor with God is filthy rags my friend. Now it finds esteem among natural men, but its like Jesus says Lk 16:15

And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.

Now good morals, religion are highly esteemed among men.

You explain each one in context and I will consider answering them all, but you need to put forth the effort first, and it takes a lot of work. I will be waiting
Why would I want to repeat what @TomL said about wach.

You seem to want to ignore hoim.

Joshua 24:15 (LEB) — 15 But if it is bad in your eyes to serve Yahweh, choose for yourselves today whom you want to serve, whether it is the gods that your ancestors served beyond the river, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my household, we will serve Yahweh.”

The Jews here were to choose for themselves.

Hello, God was not choosing for them
.

They were told to chose. What more is there to say?

Ok.... Joshua 24:15 emphasizes the importance of making a conscious choice to serve God, IOW THEY HAD TO MAKE A CHOICE, ONE WOULD NOT BE MADE FOR THEM contrasting it with the option of following other gods. It reflects Joshua's personal commitment to serve the Lord and encourages others to do the same, highlighting the significance of faith and leadership in one's household. TomL was right.

Deuteronomy 30:19 (LEB) — 19 I invoke as a witness against you today the heaven and the earth: life and death I have set before you, blessing and curse. So choose life, so that you may live, you and your offspring,

God set life and death before them. That would not be true if he determined one

It really is sad you cannot see the obvious and require an explanation

They were told to chose. What more is there to say?

Try this...Deuteronomy 30:19 emphasizes the choice between life and death, urging the people to choose life by loving and obeying God, which leads to blessings for themselves and their descendants. This verse highlights the importance of making decisions IOW THEY HAD TO MAKE A DECISION, ONE WOULD NOT BE MADE FOR THEM that align with God's commandments for a fulfilling life. TomL was right.

Proverbs 1:29–31 (LEB) — 29 Since they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of Yahweh, 30 they were not willing to accept my counsel, they despised all my reproof. 31 They shall eat from the fruit of their way, and they shall be sated from their own schemes,

Here it was their own scheme, not a scheme where God determined their hatred.
This is all about them doing it their own way... as in free-will. What more can we say?

Are we having fun yet?..... Proverbs 1:29-31 conveys that those who reject wisdom and the fear of the Lord will face the consequences of their choices, ultimately leading to their own destruction. It emphasizes that ignoring wisdom results in suffering the outcomes of one's own actions. IOW THEY HAD TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCES OF THEIR CHOICES = FREE-WILL AGAIN. TomL was right.
4. Romans 1:28 (LEB) — 28 And just as they did not see fit to recognize God, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do the things that are not proper,
Let me count the ways.
a. Romans 1:28 means that when people choose not to acknowledge God, He allows them to have a depraved mind, leading them to engage in actions that are improper or morally wrong. This verse highlights the consequences of rejecting God's truth and guidance.
IOW rejection of God's ways to engage in the unGodly brings consequences but no stoppage of free will, even though in each case an option is offered.
b. Hebrews 12:25 (LEB) — 25 Watch out that you do not refuse the one who is speaking! For if those did not escape when they refused the one who warned them on earth, much less will we escape, if we reject the one who warns from heaven,
IOW, a cautionery note about being careful of refusing or rejecting = still more free will with the caveat to watch "their" back. But still not interference from on high against them having free will

Hebrews 12:25 warns believers not to reject the voice of God speaking through Jesus, emphasizing the seriousness of heeding His message, as ignoring it can lead to dire consequences. The verse draws a parallel between the Israelites who turned away from God at Mount Sinai and the present call to listen to Christ, who speaks from heaven.
c. Luke 10:16 (LEB) — 16 The one who listens to you listens to me, and the one who rejects you rejects me. But the one who rejects me rejects the one who sent me.”
Luke 10:16 emphasizes the connection between Jesus and His messengers, stating that those who listen to His disciples are actually listening to Him, while those who reject them are rejecting both Him and God who sent Him. This verse highlights the importance of accepting the message of the Gospel and the authority of those who proclaim it
IOW Luke 10:16 also emphasizes there is a free will as there are those who make choices, even when they are wrong.

How can they be rejecting God if God determined they should reject Christ?

People will choose what they want. It is called free will and life is not dependent on
a puppeteer. TomL was right.
Acts 7:51 (LEB) — 51 “You stiff-necked people and uncircumcised in hearts and in your ears! You constantly resist the Holy Spirit! As your fathers did, so also do you! How can they possibly resist if they do not have free will?

Why the obvious verbal rebuke if God had determined their stiff-necks and uncircumcised hearts?

Have you learned anything yet? Acts 7:51 refers to a speech by Stephen, where he accuses his audience of being "stiff-necked" and "uncircumcised in heart and ears," indicating their stubbornness and unwillingness to accept God's message. This verse highlights their resistance to the Holy Spirit, paralleling the disobedience of their ancestors who rejected the prophets sent by God.
This is about Stephen talking to people who refuse to listen to his teachings and wise words the same as their free-will ancestors did. TomL was right.

Hebrews 3:8–9 (LEB) — 8 do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, in the day of testing in the wilderness, 9 where your fathers tested me by trial and saw my works

Hebrews 3:8-9 warns against hardening one's heart as the Israelites did during their time in the wilderness, where they tested God through their unbelief and complaints. This passage emphasizes the importance of remaining faithful and responsive to God's voice rather than succumbing to doubt and rebellion. IOW it is totally apparent through out the old and new testaments that free-will was active. Especially if there needed to be a comment like "do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, in the day of testing in the wilderness,"

Alrighty @brightfame52 .... The ball is now in your court.

BTW this was fun so lets do more of it.

"No one is righteous--

Nowhere did it state they were morally unable to believe God

and here it states they can

BTW righteousness in Romans 3:10 concerns righteousness by law, not righteousness because of faith.

Romans 3:19–20 (LEB) — 19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it speaks to those under the law, in order that every mouth may be closed and the whole world may become accountable to God. 20 For by the works of the law no person will be declared righteous before him, for through the law comes knowledge of sin.

Not one verse says man has a freewill. Man can make choices which I never have denied. However many doesn't have the freewill ability to believe in Christ Jn 6:44 so you have not explained anything.

Your theology does

Can you affirm man has an ability to believe and/or love God? That he does not need first to be regenerated before he can do so?
No man doesnt have the ability naturally to love and believe in God. Man must be given a new heart circumcised to love God, which is regeneration Deut 30 6

6 And the Lord thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.

Man by nature is like this Acts 7:51

51 Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.

New birth heart Rom 2:29

29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

Not one verse says man has a freewill. Man can make choices which I never have denied. However many doesn't have the freewill ability to believe in Christ Jn 6:44 so you have not explained anything.
Sure, they can once, given the truth.

John 6:45 (LEB) — 45 It is written in the prophets, ‘And they will all be taught by God.’ Everyone who hears from the Father and learns comes to me.

Sure, they can once, given the truth.

John 6:45 (LEB) — 45 It is written in the prophets, ‘And they will all be taught by God.’ Everyone who hears from the Father and learns comes to me.
No they cant unless made alive /regenerated. otherwise man is dead, locked in unbelief

In context that will happen when

Deuteronomy 30:1–6 (KJV 1900) — 1 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee, 2 And shalt return unto the LORD thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul; 3 That then the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath scattered thee. 4 If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will the LORD thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee: 5 And the LORD thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers. 6 And the LORD thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.

After the blessings and cursings, they then return to the Lord.

No they cant unless made alive /regenerated. otherwise man is dead, locked in unbelief
Scripture says they could

And sorry no one is made alive/regenerated not having believed in Christ

John 3:15–18 (KJV 1900) — 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

1 John 5:12 (LEB) — 12 The one who has the Son has the life; the one who does not have the Son of God does not have the life.

John 20:31 (LEB) — 31 but these things are recorded in order that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.

No thats under the old national covenant, has nothing to do with spiritual things and eternal life. All that is earthly stuff
