You have to be saved from unbelief in order to believe
So you believe that man in general is not capable of choosing to believe or not - that all humans start off as mindless worthless idiots, incapable of understanding the Gospel. Sounds like you're projecting your mindless state to everyone else. Not everyone is like you. The sooner you realize that the better for you.

I would say the enemy of our souls is the behind that teaching. 1 Peter 5:8 ("your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour") and Ephesians 6:12 ("for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places"). Other verses, such as Psalm 143:3 and Psalm 7:5-7, also use the phrase "enemy hath persecuted my soul" or "let the enemy of my soul pursue".

We can choose, the bible tell us so.

Deuteronomy 30:19 states, "I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. Therefore, choose life, that you and your offspring may live". The verse is a call to action, urging the listener to choose obedience to God's commands, which are presented as the path to life, blessing, and fulfillment for themselves and their descendants, rather than the consequences of disobedience, which lead to death and curses.

Man by nature is a child of disobedience or unbelief Eph 2:2

Wherein in time past you walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of this air, of the spirit that now worketh on the children of unbelief:Dra

in which you walked in time past according to the course of this world, and followed the prince that rules in the air – the spirit that now works in the children of unbelief,NMB

Jesus saves from unbelief, gives a new heart

Before saved, men are under the power of sin and unbelief, a servant of sin
Faith is required for salvation

No it's not and one is saved by Jesus who came to save his people from their sins Matthew 1:21,

His people are saved by his person and his work alone!
You are His sheep when you make a free will choose to believe in Him

You are His sheep when you make a free will choose to believe in Him
False a person is one of Christ sheep while they are dead in sins and unbelief l

Look at the parable of the lost sheep in Luke 15 was the Sheep a lost sheep before it was found and repented? Yes that is why the shepherd went out to find the lost sheep because it was his all the time, even while lost
