Knowing what each of you know about Jesus, I believe we can all agree that when Jesus walks away from anyone..........
We know it is meaningful and dangerous.
After Jesus feed the five thousands, he left the multitude and moved on. When I say "moved on", it is rather obvious in the narrative that Jesus left for a very specific reason. I'm not going to say what it was. Read it for yourself. Have some "skin in the game".
What I will share is the verse that shows that the people left behind were very concerned.
Joh 6:24 When the people therefore saw that Jesus was not there, neither his disciples, they also took shipping, and came to Capernaum, seeking for Jesus.
So why did Jesus "walk away" and how does this affect your theology?
