There is only one Gospel

The New Covenant is found described and recorded in the "book" of Jeremiah chapter 31, verses 31-34, and there are no non-Hebrew Gentiles mentioned or included in this covenant. YOU are adding to the Bible.

And God calls those that do this Liar.

6 Add thou not unto his words,
Lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.
Proverbs 30:6.

That's basically what it comes down to.
It is a mere assumption that all is mentioned there.

To do so you need to deny a great deal of the New Testament where the New Covenant is layed out and expounded upon

Once again you deny much

If you read the New Testament you see gentiles included

Gal 3:7–9 Therefore, be sure that it is those who are of faith who are sons of Abraham. The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “All the nations will be blessed in you.” So then those who are of faith are blessed with Abraham, the believer.

Gal 3:26–29 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to promise.

Rom 4:16–17For this reason it is by faith, in order that it may be in accordance with grace, so that the promise will be guaranteed to all the descendants, not only to those who are of the Law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all, (as it is written, “A father of many nations have I made you”) in the presence of Him whom he believed, even God, who gives life to the dead and calls into being that which does not exist.

Acts 13:47For so the Lord has commanded us: ‘I have appointed you to be a light for the Gentiles, that you would bring salvation to the end of the earth.

Acts 28:28Therefore let it be known to you that this salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles. They also will listen!”

Rom 1:16For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

Gal 3:8And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, proclaimed the good news in advance to Abraham: “In you all the nations will be blessed.”

And will note in Gal 3:8 Paul proclaims the justification of the gentiles based upon God's promise to Abraham that "In you all the nations will be blessed.”

As was stated multiple times in the Old Testament

Gen 17:5“ No longer shall your name be called Abram, But your name shall be Abraham; For I will make you the father of a multitude of nations.

Genesis 18:18 (NASB 95) — 18 since Abraham will surely become a great and mighty nation, and in him all the nations of the earth will be blessed?

Gen 22:18 In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice

There is no covenant in the Old Testament between God and non-Hebrew Gentiles. Did you know this?
Jesus is God. Are you a Christian? Or do you only believe in the the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones?

The mystery of the two covenants was given to Paul who was filled with the Spirit of Christ.

Two Covenants

Galatians 4:

21 Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not hear the law? 22 For it is written that Abraham had two sons: the one by a bondwoman, the other by a freewoman. 23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born according to the flesh, and he of the freewoman through promise, 24 which things are symbolic. For these are the two covenants: the one from Mount Sinai which gives birth to bondage, which is Hagar— 25 for this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and corresponds to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children— 26 but the Jerusalem above is free, which is the mother of us all. 27 For it is written:

“Rejoice, O barren,
You who do not bear!
Break forth and shout,
You who are not in labor!
For the desolate has many more children
Than she who has a husband.”

28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise. 29 But, as he who was born according to the flesh then persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, even so it is now. 30 Nevertheless what does the Scripture say? “Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.” 31 So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman but of the free.

2 Corinthians 3:

The Spirit, Not the Letter

4 And we have such trust through Christ toward God. 5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God, 6 who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

Glory of the New Covenant

7 But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which glory was passing away, 8 how will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious? 9 For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory. 10 For even what was made glorious had no glory in this respect, because of the glory that excels. 11 For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious.

12 Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech— 13 unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the end of what was passing away. 14 But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ. 15 But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart. 16 Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Gal 3:8And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, proclaimed the good news in advance to Abraham: “In you all the nations will be blessed.”

You also ignore facts and verses found in the Old Testament.

Isa 49:6He says, “It is too small a thing that You should be My Servant To raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the preserved ones of Israel; I will also make You a light of the nations So that My salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”
Isaiah 56:4–7 (NASB 95) — 4 For thus says the LORD, “To the eunuchs who keep My sabbaths, And choose what pleases Me, And hold fast My covenant, 5 To them I will give in My house and within My walls a memorial, And a name better than that of sons and daughters; I will give them an everlasting name which will not be cut off. 6 “Also the foreigners who join themselves to the LORD, To minister to Him, and to love the name of the LORD, To be His servants, every one who keeps from profaning the sabbath And holds fast My covenant; 7 Even those I will bring to My holy mountain And make them joyful in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be acceptable on My altar; For My house will be called a house of prayer for all the peoples.”

Ps 67:2That Your way may be known on the earth, Your salvation among all nations.
Joel 2:28–29“It will come about after this That I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and daughters will prophesy, Your old men will dream dreams, Your young men will see visions. “Even on the male and female servants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.

The truth remains you have ignored verse after verse in both the Old and New Testaments.

There exists even in the Old testament promises of salvation throughout the entire earth as well as promises of blessings.

Salvation and blessing came upon the gentiles as was promised even under the Old Testament.
You're using a corrupt translation. The theology of Gentiles is furthered by those who wish to include non-Hebrew Gentiles into the Law of Moses when they were never actually included in the Law of Moses and the Mosaic Covenant God made with the children of Israel in the desert at the time of the Tabernacle.

4 Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth
the adoption,
and the glory,
and the covenants,
and the giving of the law,
and the service of God,
and the promises;
5 Whose are the fathers,
and of whom as concerning the flesh
Christ came,
who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen.
Romans 9:4–5.

These items mentioned above by Saul is the totality of Israel's redemption and salvation. Jesus died under the Law to atone for those under the Law and this identifies Israel ONLY.

4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. Galatians 4:4–5.

Gentiles were never under the Law neither did the sacrifices atone for the sins of Gentiles for Gentiles were never included in any Hebrew covenant nor is there any covenant between God and non-Hebrew Gentiles found in the Old Testament.

When an interpretation of the New Testament record contradicts the record of the Old Testament, then you can't use that interpretation of the NT. You have to throw it away.

Now, if you can show me through the Old Testament record, specifically in the Pentateuch the high priest sacrificing animals to atone for the sins of Gentiles then you might be right in your interpretation of the NT. But since I KNOW there is no instruction or command of God to slay an animal to atone the sins of Gentiles, then any interpretation concluded in the NT is a lie.

If there was a covenant recorded in the Old Testament between God and non-Hebrews, then I would uphold that covenant but there is no record of a salvation covenant between God and non-Hebrews found in Scripture (Old Testament.)
Abraham was not a Hebrew, but the other way around. Through one of his sons came the Hebrew nation. But Abraham had more than one child and his ancestors are uncountable.

13 And there came one that had escaped, and told Abram the Hebrew; Genesis 14:13.

Bring your beliefs into compliance with Scripture. God Himself says Abraham was a Hebrew from the family of Eber.

And you do, too.

Abraham was not a Hebrew, but the other way around. Through one of his sons came the Hebrew nation. But Abraham had more than one child and his ancestors are uncountable.
Yes, Abraham was a Gentile who came from the city of Ur in Chaldea, and God called him to leave his homeland and start a new covenant. The term "Jew" originates from his great-grandson Judah, so Abraham was not a Jew in the later sense of the word. His story is foundational for both Jewish and Christian faiths as he is considered the spiritual father of both Jews and Gentiles who have faith

It does not say "mankind." That was added in translation which leads many astray to think and believe mankind is actually in view when Joel prophesied against Israel.

Look at the text. The text itself tells you WHO the prophet was addressing. He was addressing Israel and the context is Israel: Joel is speaking to Israel, the southern kingdom of Judah to be precise.

27 And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel,
And that I am the LORD your God, and none else:
And my people shall never be ashamed.
28 And it shall come to pass afterward,
That I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; (MEANING ALL HEBREW/JEWISH FLESH.)
And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your old men shall dream dreams,
Your young men shall see visions:
29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids
In those days will I pour out my spirit.
Joel 2:27–29.

The "your" refers to Israel. The Spirit was Promised to Israel. And when God fulfilled this Promise by sending the Holy Spirit of Promise spoken of by Peter, three thousand Jews were born-again and saved in one day.

1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Acts 2:1–4.

The birthday of the Jewish Church began on the day of the Jewish Feast of Harvest (ca. 34 AD.) On that morning eleven Jewish men were filled with the Holy Spirit of Promise PROMISED TO ISRAEL.)

God promised His Spirit to His covenant people Israel.
Below, Peter is speaking to a Jewish crowd that gathered outside the upper room.

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. Acts 2:38–39.

God does the calling, and He calls Jewish men and women. He does not call Gentiles for Gentiles are not under the Law nor are Gentiles the inheritors of God's promises. God never promised Gentiles anything. God is not obligated to do or give Gentiles anything. He has no covenant with Gentiles, and they have no spiritual insurance against sin and death. But Israel does. The covenants God made first with Abram the Hebrew extended it to his son (Isaac) and then to his grandson, Jacob. Jesus is a Jewish Messiah, NOT a Gentile messiah.

For the record God identifies Abram as a Hebrew (from the family of Eber - from which the word "Hebrew" comes from.)

13 And there came one that had escaped, and told Abram the Hebrew; Genesis 14:13.
