The Unconditional Election Debate: An Universalist Perspective

According to Jn 1:12-13
Nope first you ignored

Those without faith are not regenerated.

That is they arenot granted life-regeneration

John 3:36 (NASB 95) — 36 He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”

John 5:40 (ESV) — 40 yet you refuse to come to me that you may have life.

John 3:18 The one who believes in him is not judged, but the one who does not believe has already been judged, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God.

Mark 16:16 The one who believes and is baptized will be saved, but the one who refuses to believe will be condemned.

John 8:24 Thus I said to you that you will die in your sins. For if you do not believe that I am he, you will die in your sins.”

1 John 5:12 The one who has the Son has the life; the one who does not have the Son of God does not have the life.

1 John 5:10–13 (The one who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. The one who does not believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has testified concerning his Son.) And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. The one who has the Son has the life; the one who does not have the Son of God does not have the life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, in order that you may know that you have eternal life.

Second, you reversed scripture.

John 1:12 (NASB 95) — 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name,

As it is, those who receive him—those who believe in him—become children of God

contrary to your view

Yes, it confirms, they which be in the flesh cannot please God. Them in Jn 1:12 had been born of God in order to believe on Him, they were sheep

Third Men who believe please God.

Hebrews 11:4–7 (NASB 95) — 4 By faith Abel offered to God a better sacrifice than Cain, through which he obtained the testimony that he was righteous, God testifying about his gifts, and through faith, though he is dead, he still speaks. 5 By faith Enoch was taken up so that he would not see death; AND HE WAS NOT FOUND BECAUSE GOD TOOK HIM UP; for he obtained the witness that before his being taken up he was pleasing to God. 6 And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him. 7 By faith Noah, being warned by God about things not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his household, by which he condemned the world, and became an heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.

They which be in the flesh, the unregenerate, cant please God Rom 8:8
God is pleased when men believe

Hebrews 11:6 (NASB 95) — 6 And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

God is pleased with the faith of those who come to him and they are regenerated at that time

My understanding is that they which be in the flesh cant please God. They which be in the flesh are the unregenerate
And that is where you error lays. It is not being unregenerate that makes one "in the flesh". It is seeking to please the flesh, seeking to satisfy the lusts of the flesh rather than honoring the Spirit.
Back up to Rom 8:5-6. It is not being in the flesh that keeps one from pleasing God, but seeking to satisfy the flesh.

And that is where you error lays.
No thats where the Truth lies. Nothing you can do against the truth friend. The unregenerate are the only ones in the flesh. Christians who have both the flesh and the Spirit are not in the flesh Rom 8:9

9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

It is not being unregenerate that makes one "in the flesh".
Yes it does. If one is regenerate by the Spirit of God, though they still have the flesh to contend with, technically says Paul they are not in the flesh Rom 8:9

9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

Okay so they were regenerate first duh
Nope

God is pleased when men believe

Hebrews 11:6 (NASB 95) — 6 And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

God is pleased with the faith of those who come to him and they are regenerated at that time

John 1:12 (NASB 95) — 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name,

Galatians 3:2 (NASB 95) — 2 This is the only thing I want to find out from you: did you receive the Spirit by the works of the Law, or by hearing with faith?
Galatians 3:5 (NASB 95) — 5 So then, does He who provides you with the Spirit and works miracles among you, do it by the works of the Law, or by hearing with faith?

Galatians 3:14 (NASB 95) — 14 in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Believing in Christ pleases God, but the unregenerate who are Soley in the flesh cannot please God Rom 8:8
Not all are solely in the flesh and do believe

God is pleased when men believe

Hebrews 11:6 (NASB 95) — 6 And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

God is pleased with the faith of those who come to him and they are regenerated at that time. That is by the indwelling Spirit
